We just had our worse take out meal ever. I called the restaurant and was asked to send a text with pictures (see below). The response from the restaurant follows.Never again!Here is the text I sent to the restaurant:I just called you to comment on our recent phone order from your restaurant. Here is a picture of the written order for beef and greens and the ginger beef we got instead. The beef was not edible except by our dog.The top picture is the sweet and sour boneless pork. The meat was petrified and the sauce was a watered down version of a shrimp dip sauce. The third photo is of one of the egg rolls - again very overcooked and dry.I respectfully asked you for compensation or a gift certificate. You hung up on me. How disrespectful - you owe me an apology.I require a gift certificate for a future order. If not forthcoming, your restaurant will get an appropriate online review.Here is the restaurant’s reply:I can see our mistakes would love to make it right for you no problem but you are so rude with your text and demanding and threatening us with this and that you go right ahead do what you need to do have a great night happy new year you hung up on me by the way

Food quality was amazing! Great taste and huge portions, you definitely get a bang for your buck! Friendly staff, spacious dining area and amazing quality food! You will not be disappointed!

This is my second negative experience out of four times we have tried food from there (two take out times, two dine ins)We ordered take out. Arrived and food was ready but staff noticed that the one item was wrong, so I waited in my car.Got home and the corrected order was right, however the other two orders wrong.Called the restaurant and staff denied I ordered what I did, they became very defensive and did not let me get too many words in, so I hung up frustrated.Husband called and communication was very challenging. Again, the staff member was talking over my husband, didn’t give him many chances to speak and then when he did, he would interrupt him. He told my husband that I was a liar, and that I had hung up on him (I did hang up on him, which is disrespectful,yes, but I did out of frustration). My husband then ended up swearing out of frustration, which was our bad- we will admit that.The staff member finally offered us a refund if we returned the food untouched. Unfortunately I had eaten one roll (it was the correct item I had ordered, I just ended up with too many) so I ate it, as I was super hungry. So we said we had eaten that item and we would still pay for that (we did not expect a refund for anything we had eaten). He then refused.All in all a terribly disrespectful experience. The cold roll I had was good. My husband said his curry was on par with other places.Like I said this was my second bad experience with this restaurant getting take out.That will be my last time supporting this local establishment.

Ever since this location opened it’s been my family’s go to spot! The sautéed onions make their noodle bowls stand out - yum! They have vegetarian spring rolls for the vegetarian noodle bowl so you don’t have to miss out on the deep-fried goodness, and their ginger beef has amazing flavour. The owner is a pleasure, as well as the rest of the staff; this place is a must.

Both husband and I had noodle bowls and they were amazing. The deep fryed wontons were nice and crunchy as well as the spring rolls. The staff were friendly and chatted with our 15 month year old.

Its my new favorite noodle bowl restaurant. I've looked across saskatoon and so far this one has the most flavor and the tea is good too. Atmosphere is great and the owner is very nice. I always enjoy coming here for supper.

My new go to for Pho and Tom Yum!!! Egg rolls are authentic and not deep fried dough like you get everywhere else! Very clean and staff are attentive! Highly recommend!!

I have ordered the vault probably over 100 times since they opened, and their food has always been consistently amazing. I love having them in my neighbourhood. Five stars aren’t enough!
