LUXE Nail Bar

First time doing shellac and it was a great experience. The store was not too busy for our booking of 4 and it was a lovely time for all of us. They catered carefully to the needs of someone with sensitive nails due to diabetes and did their best to accommodate.Complimentary coffee (hazelnut vanilla) was a fragrant bonus for the visit. The bath bombs for the pedicure smell so good and it hits you with the aroma as soon as you walk into the store.Julia, the technician who did my nails was very professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. She was gentle on both my manicure and pedicure.We would definitely visit a Luxe Nail Bar again for our nail care outing!

i booked lash extensions with maria for the first time today, it was amazing!! she was so sweet and so welcoming, the lashes turned out do beautifully. i'm so happy with the results and i will definitely book with her again!

Positive:- The place had a beautiful decor.Negatives:- The communication between the reception staff member and the manicurists was disorganized. There seemed to be an expectation that the manicurists would be able to see guests despite them being overbooked. It became evident that profit was the priority here.- The counters were cleaned very poorly. I watched how multiple manicurists did this. They wiped half of all the space that I would expect to have nail dust on it. It didn't include the space where guests placed their arms or the space under supplies.- My manicurist searched for an item in a drawer. It hadn't seemed to be cleaned before then.- My manicurist didn't seem to understand how to do what was needed. She filed my nails after she applied nail polish on them, which gave them unfinished edges. She also thinned my nails so much before then that despite having coats of dry nail polish on them, they bend like paper! They hadn't been thin at all before I arrived.- The cost was what I would expect for supposed luxury. I find it unreasonably high given the awful service though.

Absolutely the best experience! Did not want to leave! The ladies are fantastic! Definitely will be coming back :)

absolutely a great nail salon! i had krystal and she was so friendly and did exactly what wanted for my nails in under an hour! super quick! definitely would recommend.

Let me just start off by saying there is a lot of things I love about this salon. My nail tech Hanna is so friendly, personable & absolutely AMAZING at her work. I have always left happy with my nails. My mother and I have been coming every two weeks for almost two years now.However, I have been extremely disappointed by the management of the salon, primarily the booking system. Seems like almost every time I come in there is a new coordinator/ manager. I’ve shown up for appointments that never existed more then once (due to miscommunication/ organization). I’ve been promised discounts that were never followed through on- and when I did mention it to the coordinator she talked back to me & told me she had no idea what I was talking about it and said she would give me “her discount” (which defeats the point). My mother comes here on her lunch break and sometimes they run half an hour late on appointments, yet when I needed a nail fix they were unable to squeeze me & I had to wait a day or two.Additionally, sometimes when you make an appointment they call you with a reminder and other times they don’t. Leaving the client wondering if you really do have an appointment & often times you are playing cat and mouse phone tag.Lastly, when it comes to booking appointments I was told that the nail tech I see was booked up for three weeks- yet when another coordinator came over she found us an appointment no problem.The lack of organization makes scheduling appointments very difficult on the client.

I recently visited this nail salon for nail extensions and had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering me tea and creating a welcoming atmosphere. My nail technician paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless results. Everyone was genuinely kind, and the salon's decor was fabulous. Highly recommended for a fantastic nail care experience

The nails were mid and the toe nails they barely cleaned before painting. Was recommended this place by many friends and the service was so sub-par despite all my friends telling me it was good. I was told after my appointment i had 14 days to call in to fix chipped polish for free and when I called in the person on the phone told me it was 7 days and begrudgingly gave me a fixing appointment. And when I unfortunately had to cancel one of the bookings to fix a nail the person just clarified the time of the appointment and rudely hung up without a send off. If you’re praised for your service, act like it to all your customers.

Jen was amazing!!She was always as 100% about every detail as she possibly could be. Paid extra attention to the finer details of making sure every nail was as equal and in even shape as the rest. Staff offered drinks during my visit and were so excited to see the final look!!Will definitely be going back!! A great experience!

My nails look great, that's the only reason I gave 3 stars. everything else about this salon is terrible so far. Not only do they never answer the phone so you can make an appointment, once you're at the salon, you have to ask for things twice before they actually bring it to you. The staff here are more interested in looking in the mirror than serving you. Also, they use hot stones to massage your legs during a pedicure but they don't massage your feet at all. I might as well have done my own pedicure and massaged my own legs.
