We have nothing but praise for the staff, management and service technician at the Richmond location. We had problems with the motor on a 10 year old adjustable bed. We contacted the store and were promptly helped by the manager. He contacted the service technician, Steve, who came the very next day and replaced the defective motor. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and courteous.

I have slept on my new bed for a few weeks now and I am quite happy with the firmness of the mattress and the service received.My experience was great thanks to Karen. She found a comfortable mattress within my price range. Throughout the entire process, she communicated with me to ensure I had the correct measurements and made sure after delivery that everything was satisfactory. The delivery and setup were quick, and they removed my old bed.It can be difficult and daunting to find a suitable mattress. You spend money not knowing if you will be happy and comfortable until after your purchase. But when you have a dedicated person like Karen assisting you to find that mattress, it is worth the time and effort.

Purchasing experience was pleasant. The showroom is big and relaxing. There is quite a few models of mattress and bed frames to try/view. Sales staff isn't too pushy, and they are willing to negotiate discounts.Delivery and setup service remain to be seen. They mentioned the use of in-house installers, so I hope the quality of service is the same as sales.

Haji took very good care of us, carefully answering all of all questions, helping us pick the right styles, and making sure the entire delivery process was smooth.Sleep Shop had lots of great selection and the customer service was top notch as well.
