Stutters Restorations

When I first became aware of a leaking water fitting I called Stutters right away and they attended very promptly to stop the leak from causing further damage, repair the leaking water line and dry out the wetted area. Once the area was dried out the Stutters crew handled all the coordination with the various trades to restore the damaged area. Coordination was not easy considering this all happened over the xmas/New Year holiday period and the general shortage of skilled tradespeople but they did it. Finished job is A-1 as far as I am concerned. Very pleased with the end result.

Didn't listen to our concerns as home owners because they were hired by our insurance company not us." They left our house saying they were done all the removals and moisture readings were all good. We then ripped open a wall which was of concern to us (which they saw mould growing on the outside of and literally just wiped it off and said it was fine) and we found mould

Stutters was outstanding! I'm very happy with everything they did for me. They explained the process and answered all my questions. I felt confident the end result would be perfect. They even washed my floors and kitchen counters, etc when they finished. Thank you to all the staff.

We had stutters help with our flood.Very professional, but the wow factor came from how clean they left our house, even after cutting drywall, which is usually very dusty. But stutters left no mess or dust.

We found them to be quick, easy to work with, great quality and very communication before, during and after the work was completed.

The rudest and most unprofessional staff and company in the area. Indifferent to any customer complaints.

We experienced a dishwasher leak on November 18, 2021, today is December 20, 2021, and we are DONE! We are amazed and beyond grateful for the quick response from Stutters. They were here the next morning and took care of literally everything. The only things we had to do was pick flooring, buy a new dishwasher and “move out” for a week. They moved all of our furniture out/in to complete the job. We worked with them and followed the recommendations from their contractors (ensure flooring was in stock and available), we are absolutely amazed that this job is finished. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Special shout out to Al, Terri, Jeremy, Chad and the whole team. So very pleased and thankful for the work you have done. Beautiful, professional work, organized, timely, responsive… we are beyond impressed… We have never dealt with an insurance claim and hope it never happens again but if it did, our first call would be Stutters.

Water leak/ flood from dishwasher on hardwood floors. Sutters employees were Johnny on the spot". Kind caring & quick . They work very hard and put in super long hours. Terry and Tony very good but Jeremy is the real Jem. He goes over & above the call. The job is not complete yet as the fan & humidifier are doing their job ( 3-5 days). Further review to follow from me when all is complete."

This is the absolute worse restoration company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a few. Have had estimates from other companies and they could not believe the job. I have fired this company. If you are smart please do not use this company. You will be as sorry as we were.

WORST restoration company EVER!! Zero communication apparently between the PM and the contractors, completely inept contractors who show up to a work site 2 hours late, and WITHOUT ANY tools at all. They didn’t even seem to know what they were here for, I had to explain it.Now my kitchen floor is two days behind, my fridge and stove are crammed into my living room, I can’t cook for me and my kid.I will NEVER use Stutters again!!!
