They are always so helpful answering questions and pricing information on my equipment. The replacement process has been really easy and they schedule follow up calls to check up on how I'm doing.

Amazing service and excellent staff. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable with my new machine and that I understood my results fully. I would also say the receptionist is very friendly and Extremely helpful when it came to dealing with my insurance company :) VERY satisfied with my experience!

The staff here is always extremely helpful and friendly. They made choosing the right CPAP machine easy, and were very knowledgable answering my questions. They even went above and beyond getting me extra info to process my benefit claim through my employer. Much appreciated.

Went to get a simple replacement mask, asked to see what they had available for a specific unit. They didn’t know what they had, and asked to call me back later as they were busy with a customer, when I was physically in the store. Do not recommend.

Generally good staff and good machines, but they have instituted an automated cloud-based appointment system. It is a nightmare to try and navigate, and rarely seems to work as intended. As well, my latest appointment was changed without consultation, and when I tried to add a message that I couldn't make the new time, the automated system offered no way to do so. The system is designed so they can talk to me, not so we can talk to each other. Sucks.
