I was not impressed by my brief experience with this place. They talked to me in a very condescending way, never gave me the quote I had asked for. The company I work for requires a lot of air-lines and fittings as well as fluid lines and fittings, well, New-Line will not be getting our business.

The guys at New-Line had the right fittings to repair my hydraulic hose and had me back running in no time. Great selection of anything hose related!

Totally impressed. I stopped in for a couple of brass fittings to alter a propane hose. I don't have an account here and had never been to this business before. Jessie spent a pile of time trying to accommodate me and apologized to me for the time it was taking when I thought that I should have been apologizing to them for wasting their time. To these people it's not just about taking your money it's about total customer service. When he realized that they didn't have one of the parts that I needed in stock, he called a competitor to see of they had the part. While I was waiting I got a chance to witness how these people dealt with other customers as well. All customers were looked after promptly and courteously and all left with a smile. Refreshing to see business done the old school way..
