Told me my claim was taken care of and found out a year later I had a hospital bill that had accumulated interest.What a joke.

I don’t think I need to explain, I change 4/5 case managers in the past 3 years, one lazier than the other one, they probably work 2 months per year and the rest are in vacations, I’ve been threatened and disrespected by people that were supposed to help

Do I meed to explain why this organization is getting 1 star.Aske their leadership under whose nose the case handlers work in FAVOR UNETHICAL employers to deny genuine workwrs claim.And why not, their salaries are paid by the insurance premium of these unethical employers, and that's why instead of doing their Duty ethically and honestly they are at mercy of these unethical employers.Shame on the leadership of such an organization.What a disgrace and fierce abuse to law and ordrt of a province like their are people who find it EASY to be unethical because of i fluence a HIGH interest paying UNETHICAL employer has on their Moral values!!

TCPs now required to hold traffic from side of road? Who comes up with this non sense… Last week 2 Surrey RCMP officers were conducting traffic control at a lights out 4 way intersection for Canada Day…. Meanwhile TCP’s can’t even be on the road…. Oh the hypocrisy.

Like most forms of government, Incompetent beyond belief. If you want to know wage information or anything about financials. ASK THE EMPLOYER NOT THE EMPLOYEE YOU INCOMPETENT CLOWNS, SERIOUSLY, NO BRAINS WHAT SO EVEr.

SO UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL, SO RUDE TOO, I AM SORRY TO HAVE SUCH AN ORGANIZATION LIKE THAT, DEALING WITH PUBLIC THIS WAY, I WISH I HAD A CHANCE TO GIVE THEM ZERO STAR.

WorkSafeBC has many unconstitutional laws to limit their payout. They are the government, so they can make up their own laws however they want towards their benefit. Welcome to Canada! To report any injury, the law in Canada allows TWO YEARS time limit! But to report any injury to WorkSafeBC and to claim for benefits, their law ONLY allows ONE YEAR window! This law is unconstitutional because when dealing with the public, everyone should follow the same law; government is NO exception according to the Charter.

Horrible dealing of my case. Have lost total trust in this organization. I lost my life , my happiness and my health to a workplace injury and they were so dismissal. The name is misleading.

Heres a list of why this is a bad company,1. Switched my claim manager without notifying me2. Extremely rude and unprofessional3. They dont listen to what you have to say4. They dont care5. They lie6. They make you feel like it’s your fault (even when its not)7. Refused to give me information on my file8. They tell you multiple things that contradict each other9. Gave me sevear mental breakdowns10. Refuses to put your claim through even though you cant use a limb.11. Only sends you to one doctor and you HAVE TO be available or your claim gets denied (even though you’re a parent and have a child as first priority)12. They make it impossible to get medical help.13. Rip you off when it comes to payment.14. Dont listen to what your doctor says.15. They give you false promises that lead to false hope.May god help you if Ray is your case manager.
