Had a tarp there for almost 2 months and I called today to check on it. I was told they are not able to fix 2 holes in a 2 year old tarp that they made even after 2 trips to the city when I dropped it of to confirm that they could!! Very disappointed in their service.

Well I ordered the tarp on September 2,2020 & finally got the tarp on October 23,2020. But on October 15,2020 I was told the tarp was being shipped, so on October 21,2020 I called to see where the tarp was. Well it was still sitting on there dock waiting to be shipped. So my thing is don’t lie to people when your dropping the ball on things. It all ready took almost 2 months for this tarp. Stop using the COVID-19 as an excuse to get things done. If you’re in a hurry I would fine someone else.

This business has done some truck box cover repairs for me and always come back with their estimate right on or even a bit low and ALWAYS when promised. They are very reasonable and honest. I'll be dealing there again if necessary. Here is a pic of their front counter. They made this clear/logo shield in house!

Had to call 3 times to place my order. Wouldn’t call back. (Should’ve been a sign) was told 3 week wait to build floor mat. Had to call 3 more times after the 3 weeks. Second call at 5 week point was told is was being made. 3rd call at 2 month point was told it would be ready next week. Was actually completed 3 days later. Finally got my floor mat after a 2 month wait.
