I came to Bitter Sweet Jewellery not expecting to find the type of jewelry that I usually like to purchase. I love to layer my jewellery and as a bonus the representative their, her name is Andrea was extremely patient and helpful with me. She gave me great suggestions and was very pleasant to deal with. Since then I have visited again 2 times to buy gifts for family and friends before leaving for my vacation and I was happy to have Andrea help me even though she had other customers before me but she still made sure to attend to me in a fair and friendly manner. I highly recommend Bitter Sweet Square one location!! You will get addicted to thier collection and fantastic customer service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bitter Sweet Jewelry, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. This place truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it an easy choice for a five-star rating. Moreover, the staff at Bitter Sweet are an absolute delight to interact with.

I passed by this jewelry store about a month ago to buy a gift for my wife and It was a very smooth process ( i kept delaying this as i thought its not going to be fun) . Andrea ( who was a very kind assistant ) gave me couple of suggestions ( which was difficult to choose only one from lol I guess she really knows her jewelry as she was also modeling many of them) and she wrapped it very nicely. My wife was very happy! Thank you Andrea and Thank you Bitter Sweet for the great jewelry!

There is nothing sweet in service. They want you to wait for hours to just know the price of a ring. They will be shut down soon because cashier want to attend one customer at a time and want others to keep waiting for hours

Love the service and the products. Andrea helped me find the perfect gift for my mom. I loved the variety of items and ended up getting something for me as well. Definitely coming back.

I love getting my nose jewelry from here, their quality is amazing and they have a big selection. Andrea one of the workers is very kind as well as helpful and is great with customer service and always helps me out when deciding on what jewelry to get. She always helps me since I’m usually on a budget and gives me the best quality jewelry within my price range. I highly recommend going to her if you need help with anything.I highly recommend shopping from here!!

I'm obsessed rings , this location has such a nice variety to choose from. I was torn between my options . Wanting to take advantage of their buy one , get one 50% promotion , Andrea was great at providing feedback and helping me add 2 new rings to my jewlery collection!

I went to bitter sweet jewellery for the fist time . I wanted to get a pendant for my Cuban chain. I saw all the chains there so hip hop and nice. The service was soo nice and had patience. They were good for being my service. They gave me some good opinions what pendant to buy. I got a stainless steel pendant for my Cuban. It looks very nice and flashy and drip. It wasn’t cheap for their top notch Jewellery. Tbh I’m amused about there jewellery and service. I never saw that kind of service in a chain store or kiosk. The next time I come back to square one I’m getting a chain and pendant.
