Decent selection, very friendly staff

love shopping at this location! the staff is always very friendly and knowlegable! 10/10

I really wish I could leave a review about service but this is the 5th time that I’ve gone to this location, during the hours that they are supposed to be open based on both the hours listed on their website, listed on Google, and listed on the door of their store. And they’re not open.

I am very aware of the restrictions businesses are facing to protect customers and staff alike, however this store was staffed by 2 very unfriendly people who made me feel as though I was bothering them. No greeting when I arrived just all the rules!!! I did finally find a pair of shoes I liked but was told ( almost with glee) that I had reached my limit of try ons and would have to commit to purchasing if I wanted to try them on! All this with a plastic bag on my foot. No apologies, smiles or warmth, both staff seemed very focused on an order that had just arrived. To summarize, all the precautions were ok but try a little customer service as well! Don’t know if I would ever go back, all in all a very bad experience.

Clerk didn’t seem interested in selling me anything. When she didn’t have the size I wanted she didn’t suggest anything else. She just walked away. Also, her clothes looked like she had just rolled out of bed with a pair of Crocs on!!

Someone needs to let Soft Moc in Dartmouth Crossing or at least the young KAREN they have working there know we have moved into a new phase capacity limits have changed!

I picked up an online order but also tried on a pair of shoes after getting my order. Friendly, helpful young lady waited on me. Good service!

I went to this store two nights ago with my wife looking for shoes for myself and boots for her.It was a quite evening and we were the only ones in the store. There were two employees working at the time, both behind the counter when we came in. Neither of them acknowledged us when we came in, or at any point during the 10 or 15 minutes we spent there.My wife found a pair of boots she liked, but couldn’t find the stack where those particular ones were kept to see if they had her size. (She asked me several isles over if I could keep and eye out for them as I browsed, so that she could try them on. Neither of the staff offered to help, and we never did come across them).At some point during the final minutes we were inside, I found a pair of shoes I really liked, and they fit perfectly. Although I was happy I found exactly what I was looking for, I couldn’t bring myself to support this business who delivered absolutely zero customer service.I went home, and ordered the exact shoes I’d tried on in the store online at a different retailer. I actually paid $5 more than the advertised price at Softmoc, and have to wait a week for delivery, but after our experience in the store, I was more than happy to pay that small premium to support someone else.

The help I received here was great! I needed new boots and they were so ready to help me in any way needed. I will definitely not hesitate to shop here again! Awesome!

Limited stock in shoe sizes. There was nothing below size 8 in slippers. Not inspired to return to SoftMoc in the future.
