Jason and his team were great. They were all very personable and answered any questions we had. Only 2 days from the initial service call to a whole new premium furnace and hot water tank. They were able to accommodate our schedule, showed up on time, and even laid down mats to protect the floors. Overall a great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend.Thanks Jason and team!

Our heat pump stopped working yesterday and we were without air conditioning. I called Jason this morning at 8:30 AM to ask ifn they could come by to look it. Jason sent out Brendan, his service tech, who was at our home by 9:45 AM today--incredibly responsive! Brendan checked over our furnace and heat pump, repaired a part on the heat pump, and had the system running by 10:45 AM today!I can't say enough about the service from Scugog Mechanical! Brendan was polite, conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be calling Scugog Mechanical for any future heating/air conditioning issues. Thank you so much for being there for us!

We had Jason and his team install a new hot water tank for us to replace our previous rental. They did so for a competitive price. We also had them do an inspection of our furnace while there. During the visit, they noticed that we were missing a fresh air connection to our furnace and installed it for us during the same visit. They were very professional, timely and responsive. They took time to explain a few things about the system for us. Jason also followed-up later that evening just to make sure that we were satisfied. We definitely recommend using their services for your HVAC or hot water tank needs!

We have had great experiences with Scugog Mechanical. During our recent furnace installation they were outstanding to deal with. They provide you with options in coming to a decision that works best for you, and then they are very respectful in completing the work. The crew was professional to deal with, was here on time, was done earlier than expected, touched base with us on a couple of points so we were aware of helpful information, and left the house very clean. I also felt as though they were truly trying to ensure value for our money. It was just a very good experience given the investment we were making, and I look forward to continuing to use them for our annual maintenance and upkeep.

Jason and his team are great.We lost our furnace during a storm in December. I called Jason and he was there within an hour. We had a new furnace the next day. The crew were: on time, efficient, professional and they left no traces once they were done. Jason also followed up a couple of days later. Well done!

Extremely happy with our new Furnace!!We were looking to repair our existing furnace when I called, however after Jason explained all of our options we were more comfortable replacing it. The price was absolutely fair and I had a new one in the basement before the days end with installation scheduled for 3 days away. Then our Furnace died overnight that night, -20 something and an entire weekend to wait. After I notified Jason, he was genuinely concerned for our home and family. At his earliest convenience he had our new Furnace installed and running beautifully.I highly recommend Scugog Mechanical!Outstanding service and workmanship!!No nonsense.Thanks again

Called them when my Goodman furnace stopped working. They asked me to pay around $2500 upfront so that they could start working on it. My furnace is still under warranty, but they said that I have to pay them for the parts, and IF they could convince Goodman and get reimbursed, they would reimburse me! I called Goodman, realizing that Jason was totally lying, and Goodman doesn't need any upfront payments. You just take the part to them, and they give you a new one! When I let Jason know about this, he said that there are no Goodman dealerships in Ontario! I checked their website and found several dealership in my area. (Jason's second lie). I called one of Goodman's dealers, and they repaired my furnace for $300. I was lucky that I didn't trust Jason and made my phone calls, or the repair would have cost me thousands of dollars. The worst part is that Jason was mad at me for calling him at 7 pm. while I was freezing for two days with no furnace. When I asked him why it was so expensive, he said that he didn't run a charity!

Jason and his crew were amazing. Jason was prompt on returning are initial call, on time the following day to check out our furnace, honest with suggestions and very quick on doing the new install ( within 2days). The crew who worked on removing the old furnace and installing the new were polite, clean and very efficient. We give them an absolute 5 star rating.
