Danielle and her team packed, moved and set-up my parents in their new suite at a retirement home. They were kind, efficient and professional every step of the way.Their knowledge of the area’s retirement homes helped us determine what my parents should take with them and what wouldn’t fit.I can’t recommend them strongly enough. Used this company to do a deep clean and remove anything that was left for prep on sale of a house. Not only did they NOT deep clean they didn't even clean or dust most of the spaces. The basement still had all its cobwebs and they left piles of dirt on the floor. They didn't wash behind the bathroom door nor by the toilet. The bathtub had brown stuff in it. The cupboards still needed to be wiped down after they left. Plus they took off after 4 days and left the dumpster sitting in the front yard!! They padded their bill and threw away good furniture that should have been sold. They say they can ship but they don't use packing materials not do they reinforce boxes. Half of the boxes they shipped came damaged. Stay away from them they only want jobs where they can make lots of $$$ through auctions and still charge you more!!!
