They only fill your cup just over half way with venties I got 2 punkin spicy lattee venti and I have pictures if ever want proof only filled under 2/3 full with whip cream making up the rest I will never go to this starbucks again they rip you off and you get stuck in parking lot as drive through always get backed up you can see lid hasn't hasn't been poured out of and that happened to 3 drinks. On top of that when I went back the person in charge did not care they made new drink but no sorry no attempt to make me happy nothing which is instantly bad service. They new girl who is Asian there keeps making my drinks they need to train there manager and workers much better. No wonder this one starbucks with order ahead avalable at peak times cause no one wants to go there they don't get busy do to incompetent people

I order a simple coffee, size Venti, 2 sugars and splash of cream and every morning, my coffee is made different and usually not full and I pay full amount, I called them many times and my last call was May 15th and they assured me to make everyone's drinks the way should be and this photo is from today's order May 17th, 2023 and seems 1/3 of it is cream and not full.I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I work really hard for my money, and I have called this place few times and no changes.

Wow... I'm so disappointed how they treat my orders...They gave me a hot drink but I ordered iced one. So they made it again . But when I got the coffee it was not fully filled. I thought somebody take a sip.

I liked this location. Easy access from the highway made for a good meeting spot. There's drive thru service for commuters. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.

In a matter of a month, my double shots of espresso went from $2.70 to $3.45.Hmm, I should smile more at the cashier next time!

Went through the drive through this morning and had Morgan as our barista. She went above and beyond being friendly, helpful and made it a positive experience. Best service I've had at this type of place in a long time.

A few days ago my boyfriends father passed away first thing in the morning, days later we are still hurting just the same as we were the moment he passed, but the workers at this location have the kindest hearts. We were asked how our day was going to which we replied “not very good but thank you for asking”. When we got to the pickup window we were greeted by a girl with a friendly face and positive attitude and he let us know the drink was on the house today. This small gesture meant so much to us and made the rest of the day more approachable. Best location.
