Consistently the worst managed post office, year after year. Customer service is non-existent, occasionally rude. Go elsewhere if you can and definitely do your homework online before sending a package. They will quote you the most expensive option as they don’t scroll down unless you point out to them than there are other options, and will also make errors in measurements so you’ll end up paying a lot more than necessary.

I was at Canada post hill side mall to do a mail but was not aware of the procedure but Adrienne helped me during the process to make it seamless . She was super helpful when I went there both the times. Great customer service by her.

This place is really a mess, things are put on shelves haphazardly .I went there to ask a question, I could not find anyone, they have hardly anything, not any new stuff. be nice if London drugs wouldopen there, one of their shops, I love it there!

Sarah (I’m pretty sure that’s her name) deserves so much recognition!! She was the only one behind the counter today but she handled the huge line up extremely well and was so kind to everyone. She’s very knowledgeable and efficient at her job, big shoutout to Sarah for working so hard!!!

Honestly no customer service at all. Would not help show where and what size the boxes were, also was very rude speaking and sounded like she did not want to be there at all. I have never felt so uncomfortable and treated so poorly in a establishment before. Either they need more support or you need new workers, would give 0 stars if possible.

Everytime i have delivery to pick up they always says it’s not in the system yet, yesterday i was on the line for half-an hour when it was my turn they say their famous line. My delivery notice was Nov 14 i already gave then next day to pick up still it’s not in their system i understand they short of staff but the guy did not even look for the package to give atleast a minute or two, there’s No manager or supervisor to stepped in. This store is terrible. I never experience that to University height unfortunately they are permanently close.

Opens late, always long lines, and every time I have a door tag that says my parcel will be available next business day by 13:00"... It's a lie. I'm lucky if they have it by 17:00."
