My crew and I are frequent guests at this hotel and I have never in my life been treated with so much respect and hospitality across the board. We work on the road and spend at-least 300 days a year in hotels and this specific location has by far the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. I look forward to every visit and feel at home ! 10/5 stars! I have even received multiple noise complaints over a period of time and they have always dealt with the situation with up most respect. This is the location to be if you are looking for top quality hospitality. I love the entire staff and look forward to every stay. Words cannot emphasize how great the ENTIRE staff is here.

Pet friendly hotel. Greeted by Catherine upon our arrival. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. I misunderstood where our room was located and sent my husband in the wrong side of the hotel, she walked the entire length of the hotel to point him in the right direction to our end-unit room. She was very friendly which was appreciated after a long day of travel. Kudos for the hotel management for hiring Catherine, she's one of their best asset. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A Dilapidated Hotel Experience: Proceed with CautionRating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at an old hotel desperately in need of renovations. As I arrived, it was evident that this establishment had seen better days. I feel compelled to share my candid review to caution others, as my stay was marred by a lack of attentive staff, unsatisfactory services, and an overpowering smell of humidity.Let's start with the physical state of the hotel. The building exuded an air of neglect, with signs of aging apparent throughout. The rooms themselves were a disappointment, exhibiting signs of wear and tear. Peeling wallpaper, faded carpets, and outdated furnishings gave the space a dated and uninviting ambiance. It was clear that a substantial renovation was long overdue.One issue that significantly detracted from my stay was the pervasive smell of humidity throughout the hotel. The unmistakable odor permeated the hallways and rooms, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment. This smell not only affected my overall comfort but also raised concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the establishment.In light of these experiences, I strongly caution against choosing this hotel for your stay. The outdated facilities, lackluster service, and overwhelming smell of humidity create an underwhelming and unsatisfactory guest experience. If possible, I highly recommend exploring alternative accommodations in the area.It is my sincere hope that the hotel management takes this feedback constructively and initiates the necessary improvements promptly. A comprehensive renovation, an increase in staffing levels, and addressing the issue of humidity would greatly enhance the guest experience.
