One of their sales rep, John is very accommodating and very knowledgeable with their products and was very respectful with our space while shopping. We didn't feel any pressure to commit on buying something, but we did actually bought a sectional from them. The delivery was fast and on time. Jenny was also very efficient in giving us update on when is the exact time and date of our delivery. I love the app which they shared through text message to easily locate the location of the delivery truck on the day of delivery. The sectional was perfect, we love the quality and the color! We are starting to enjoy lounging on it so as our fur-babies. ❤️❤️❤️Overall our experience is really good. We will come back again for sure!

I have had to drop my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. The local store has been great but the problem is the warranty service. Of the bedroom set we received 3 out of the 5 pieces has problems that required repair replacing. After multiple trips out and calls it took 6 months to get 2 of the items replaced. The last item we have given up on getting it repaired or replaced. I doubt that we will purchase more products from Ashley due to these issues. I would have thought that we would have been taken care of better especially with how much money we spent at the store but sadly this is not the case ...

Jenny from Ashley was very helpful and friendly. She gave us the assistance we needed to buy a powered recliner and made all the arrangements for having it delivered and set up. She kept us posted on the status of the delivery. The delivery was exactly as arranged and the delivery staff were very friendly and efficient. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Purchased a couch and two seats from Ashley furniture. Store was great, but once out of the store, Ashley furniture is nightmare to deal with. Our couch showed up with damage. The cushion on the back rest, the seam came apart. It's been a year plus, dealing with Ashley furniture customer care since then. Called customer care ,said they would send a new cushion cover and tech to repair. Nothing for four months, called again they apologized and forgot to send both the cushion cover and technician. No ever called or nothing showed up. Filed a complaint with bbb and called Ashley furniture, they promised immediate repair and gift card for my troubles. That was 8 months ago. Haven't seen a repair man or gift card. Cushion cover finally came in April. Lol, no tech as promised. Called today, July,13/2023 Ashley furniture made more promises. Which they will not follow through on, since they've already proven that. Complaint back to bbb in hopes something will get resolved. New couch or even get it repaired as promised from a year ago. Word of advice, look elsewhere for your furniture needs. Ashley furniture should have minus stars.
