I came up through the drive thru at 6 am. They were serving drinks but no food was out yet. If they cannot provide full service they should not be open.

We asked for a french vanilla latte,The person working there said they don't have that so we asked what they have, and he said a french vanilla cappuccino. I didn't even say anything else as he was not in a good mood. They need new and more employees.

Worst experience ever , I am their regular customer but from today onwards never gonna step in . I don't know the name of the lady , she was so rude and unproffessional with me . I ordered two farmer wrap , and want to redeem a coupon , she firstly , just punch one wrap and told me to scan it , and I did , but offcourse it couldn't redeem the coupon because on the coupon it says two wraps , when I told her this thing she said she punch the other one and told me to redeem it again , but offcourse if you scan once you cannot do it again , and in return she said she cannot do anything , I have to pay the whole amount . It was before about the money , I was mad that I had to pay 5 dollars extra for just her silly mistake , but when I reached at work I saw that wraps are totally dry , very less sauce , and the most important thing no hashbrown in it. My whole money actually went to garbage and my first day of the month started like this . Wow , never gonna forgive her for spoiling my breakfast , mood , and my day .Thank you

My bagel belt had a plastic lining stick to the egg or cheese...they advertised the prices wrong in the tv menus and then charged more at the counter too.
