I returned home in the summer to visit my mom who I had not seen for a half a year. She looked so refreshed and her skin was clearer and smoother. The microdermabrasion treatments that you provide are very effective and affordable. I would like to add to this review that my mother just had permanent eyebrows created this past December 2020 and they look great! Terry - the owner is so professional and has great attention to safety and detail. I recommend TL Esthetics.

Terry was so wonderful during my appointment. She’s very professional and easy to connect with. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure done at her salon. Her colour selection is great and I love that she has matching colours available for hands and feet. Her salon is very well kept and clean. I look forward to my next appointment.

I had a wonderful experience today with Terri for a mani pedi plus microderm abrasion treatment. She is a true professional and very knowledgeable of her trade. I signed up for additional treatments!

Not going back anymore.. mani and pedi was poorly done.. maybe because i just use groupon, but still the way she did my nails (mani & pedi) def not a work of a professional

Nice salon. Got a groupon for here for 3 facials with a choice of microdermabrasion or a glycolic peel. I was interested in the peel, yet when I went it she made me get the microdermabrasion. Was very friendly and talkative the first appointment, was very happy. She is very knowledgeable about skincare. Was told the appointment would be about 15-20 minutes, which it was. The next time I went in for an appointment, she still would not give me the glycolic peel, was distracted, answering the phone during and barely paying attention. Did not do a good job, was only there 10 minutes. Did not go for a 3rd appointment.

Reading some of these reviews makes me sad, a woman who has her own business, works hard, honest professional - who are these people that go on the internet to publicly write bad reviews knowing full well that this could impact someones business?????; its pretty atrocious!Terry is undoubtedly -wonderfulsmartfair pricesquick servicehonestand I have seen great improvements in my skin as a result of her service and her recommendations!

Great service! Very knowledgeable about everything she does! Ollie is an added bonus!Update: changed my rating due to accommodations, after having my shellac polish chip some nails and peel off completely from others after 4 days, seemed odd, so I reached out and wouldn't be able to return for an additional week to have them fixed. Good thing there are many walk ins able to fix the issue immediately!

Terry is amazing, only with 2 treatments so far I have seen tremendous improvement in my face. She is wonderful at what she does, would highly recommend.

This rating is based solely on TL Esthetics Hours of Operation; unfortunately I can't make an appointment to go because the hours are so poor that most normal working people who have a Mon-Fri 9-5 pm job would not be able to readily work around TL's inflexible hours.I received a Groupon for a mani/pedi for Christmas and I noticed the limited hours on the web. When I called to see if I could manage to make an appointment the machine picked up and proceeded to tell me the business hours...which are horrifyingly even more restrictive than originally reported online.The sheer lack of customer service in the hours of operation alone leads me to believe that there is little to no interest in really focusing on the clients and meeting their needs.The missed opportunity to gain sales and increase revenue here is mindblowing.
