Poor customer service, bought bracelets and was told they came with a life time warranty" and that if ANYTHING happened

I‘ve been here twice with my gf. Nice customer service - they’ve been very patient with all the question my gf has.

The bracelets were amazing and worked like a charm. Customer service was awesome as well. The employees were so kind made amazing stuff at a reasonable price. Loved my experience there!!! Definitely recommend this place for others.

If i can vote zero, imma gonna do da. There is nothing real in this store, and the owner is rude when we are bargaining, yalling us to leave the store if we not gonna buy a 4cm*1.5cm size pendant in the price of 65. I rather go pandora at least i got real silver.一家店的老板还是老板娘啊，极其嚣张，六十五一个黑曜石貔貅，我们讲价就直接来了一句 那你不要买了。在小红书上挂他，他还有脸来对线。他家南红和珊瑚基本都是染色，蜜蜡估计是赛璐璐或者二代蜜蜡，星月都是斜月磨成正月，车口都清清楚楚，石头更是深水，估计一大半都是塑料玻璃。

7 years ago I bought my first lucky cat here, I was advised by staff not to get the motorized type as they break eventually and had less longevity. I ignored this advice and sure enough, it broke with time. While this was disappointing, I was actually educated on not only the meaning of the lucky cat I purchased, but also given really good advice on which type would give me the best experience. I am still looking to purchase more from this store, it is certainly more reliable than any website I have searched for -a discovery I made during the pandemic- and was very disappointed to find that the reviews seemed to be meaninglessly attacking this fantastic shop.A fair warning to those expecting an American mall experience, I advise you to treat shopping here as you would an expo. Ask prices, ask questions, listen to the deals offered, be kind.I still own my membership which I am uncertain has much use, but is gorgeous and still my favourite card to hold. The membership was absolutely worth it.
