Sunspace Sunrooms

I had Sunspace vinyl windows installed in May, 2022. I continously find that the vinyl windows have slipped down all the way. I heat and air condition this area and have to check on these vinyl windows" to make sure that they are closed. After spending over $10

We installed Sunspace Railings at our cottage and absolutely love them. You can tell they are made with high quality materials and the railings completely changed the look of our cottage. We love the glass option which allows unobstructed views of the lake from the deck. We are looking at adding a sunroom next!

The initial experience was great for our solarium. At time of purchase sales staff was fantastic and the product was amazing - at first. We needed the panels replaced twice and now they're pulling apart again at the corners. Also they mis-measured them on one replacement and had to fabricate them again. The customer service after the fact is not great at all. A few people there are really nice but some are downright rude. The kid at the fast food place speaks more politely to clients. Still waiting for the followup to replace the panels for a third time. The installation crew were fabulous to deal with, but it seems the people actually running it are not. Will not be purchasing anything from them again and buyer beware for others. On a positive note we love our solarium, just wish is wasn't from them.March 2019 Follow up - The panels were replaced last fall in Sept and the customer service we've received has been excellent with every person we've dealt with for this. They've also done some additional warranty work on our solarium and I've been very impressed with all the staff and their interactions. Changed my star rating to 4 out of 5.

Sunspace provides a truly unique product line. We are extremely satisfied with our sunroom and railings. Dealer is courteous and knowledgeable about the product.The best thing for us is that these are not cookie cutter rooms that you often find in this market. They are truly custom made just for the client!

Have had my sun room 5 years leaked from day one said they would fix sent people out never fixed leak. I was told by Andre from Toronto it was my trailer roof leaking not sun room roof. My trailer was singled 2 years before adding room. When I finally got fed up with them blaming me I ripped off flashing only to find that they didn't seal the c channel. Hasn't leaked since I repaired it myself. Love the room hate the blaming and service.

Unfortunately, lack of dependable data is consistent with Sunspace. Week after week, month after month - accuracy on order status pushes each call. I ordered in May - they delivered the product late July. Unfortunately, each opening was made incorrectly. They said they would expedite the process and deliver late August for the re-make. Then September, now October. I've reached out to the Midwest rep - but no call back as of yet. Happy to talk to anyone from SS to try and work thru constructive ideas how the process could be tweaked.
