Carl came highly recommended by a close friend. I wanted a custom ring for my wife. We spoke in person once to talk basic details. We were then going back and forth and the communication became increasingly frustrating as I wouldn't hear anything for days, he would promise updates or stone options and I would have to hound him just to get a response. The last time he responded was March 9th. I have sent 12 messages up until yesterday and he has read them but hasn't even bothered to respond. One of the last messages I was asking him just to tell me either way if this was going to be possible so I can look for other options and...... no response. I can't speak to the quality of his work but I could never recommend any business that can't even be bothered to respond in a timely manner to a customer that is looking to spend thousands of dollars.

Carl helped us with getting my wedding ring resized. His knowledge, customer service and patience are top notch!

On very short notice, Carl went above and beyond and designed anengagement ring that was literally perfect. My fiance and i love it and can't recommend Carl's work enough!

Carl was very professional, I came in with a eternity band that needed to be resized. He took a look at it on the spot. Very friendly and professional.

Carl has made many pieces of my jewelry including both I and my wife wedding rings, in fact she has had 2 different rings made by carl for her wedding ring ( her taste changed over the years )He is a very busy person running his business by himself, so yes sometimes he may take a longer then he plans but the end result is amazing and the quality of work is top tier, I have used many jewellers in town and most of them send there work out for anything beyond a ring sizing or simple repair. carl does it all himselfIf I want custom/amazing/quality work carl is where I go and have be going for well over 10 years

Carl has no customer service skills. Had my ring for a month and every time I went in he had an excuse. Today I went in because he told me it should be ready and he didn't even order the stone yet and then tells me I have to pay shipping... when I told him I have been patient and he hasn't even called me that he should pay the shipping and his response was I was going to bankrupt him if he pays the shipping. Well I took my ring back and brought it to Town's jewelry and will have my ring in two weeks.

Left 4 pieces for repair before covid started. Haven't heard a word since leaving SEVERAL messages. Will now be calling police to find out what my options are to get the pieces back, fixed or not. These pieces were gifts from my kids and have great sentimental value to me. Would love to know where this so called goldsmith has disappeared to!!!!

I was having trouble finding the perfect wedding band with a particular finish. That's when Carl was recommended to me.We designed a ring together and needless to say, he exceeded all my expectations. Excellent craftsmanship.

Carl makes incredible jewellery. He is a one man show so understandably, things can take longer than one may expect. It is definitely worth the wait. He cares about your jewellery as much as you do.

One of the worst customer service experiences i have ever gotten from a worker/buisness owner. Chararistically profiled me and than continud to slander me before i told him i was here to fix my jewlerly!!! Two faced type of person i suggest stay away if u dont look proper for the public.
