Made a special trip to come all the way out here yesterday to find their sign posted that said nobody decided to come into work today so everyone who needs bloodwork can suffer p.s. please be nice to us" I didn't know we could just decide when we're open and closed and not post anything online stating they're closed so people like myself don't waste my time to go all the way out there to find their useless sign. Called the lifelab phones all morning and apparently staff doesn't answer those either. Great job guys."

To whom it may concern,I have had to go to life labs multiple times during this pandemic and I must admit that I am rather frustrated and unimpressed. I don’t understand why you even allow for an “appointment” feature, if the appointment times are never honoured. Every time I have come to get labs done, I have waited in excess of 30-60 minutes (just to be told to sit in the waiting room).Luckily, I am of good healthy, however, I have noticed many other frail patients struggling to stand in a line for such an extended period of time.Please find a way to fix this. This is not okay.

I'd give it a zero but you can't so I'm going to make this simple.- unprofessional- hostile work environment- completely terrible management stuff (Mangers lie, impede your ability to aquiew new job and are vindictive)- terrible working conditions- Disregard for OSHA- TERRIBLE pay- terrible benefits- terrible working hours- Terrible location(Dangerous location)- Disregard for mental health (Worker commit suicide and they don't recognize stress leave)This place is a ceasepool, never work here. They will only tarnish your resume.

Went there in April /23 and still 12 days later,they seem to NOT know where Results are,I went back today for more blood work as the previous results were no where to be found.I am going through stage 4 Cancer treatment and those results are needed.They said I was being very rude , seriously!!You have lost my confidential and personal information and You feel I should not be upset.I finally just left and never got results or new blood work .I also am academic and teach at college level and suggest they offer these staff members a course on interpersonal communication including empathy, understanding and compassion.

Terrible. If i could give less then a star I would.Had an appointment booked for 3:55 they close at 4:30, they called me at 245pm, with no return number saying hey can you come in early we are closing early ( never mentioned the time they where closing or gave me a number to contact back ). Its a Friday and you wanna go home there's NO reason to cancel appointments from SICK people so you can leave early for your weekend. And not explain ANYTHING...You should honestly all be fired.FOLLOW THREW WITH YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENTS. and then leave , like you didnt even contact the 1-877 number to tell them you guys where closing and cancelling appointments,Like do your job.Will be contacting the better business bureau as well.AWFUL BUISNESS PRACTICES

I had to take my father out of his senior`s care facility... a one hour drive round trip... to bring him to this facility for testing ordered by his doctor. I checked the open hours on both the website and by calling the lab. Not once was I informed that they would be closed on Thursday afternoon. After taking time off work, and wasting my time and gas we arrived to find a note on the door stating that the lab was closed at 1 pm on Thursdays. Apparently this company chooses to close for training purposes every Thursday and do not have the common courtesy to advise their clients. I guess they don`t care about customer service.Too bad there wasn`t another facility in town. I would boycott ever using Lifelabs again. Two thumbs down Lifelabs... if could give you a negative rating I would do it in a heartbeat.

I had plenty of extra bloodwork during my pregnancy and have to say that the staff are always extra friendly and great at their job at this location. For the negative reviews about wait time -- its a pandemic right now

I was having pain in my stomach from a month and booked a appointment but they called me and canceled at the store after waiting for an hour and after they booked appointment again waited for half an hour but they lost my recognition form. Its been a 2 month i am struggling with my problem but they are booking my appointment again and again. Careless staff not care about patient.

Definitely the worst lifeless ever! Rude staff! Wouldn't even give a guy his bloodiest because he was 1 dollar and 65 cents short of the 60$ the test costed.
