I was calling around to find a good price to open my car door. He is not around my area at the moment, but he still suggest me to call the local towing company that is cheaper. I did find a cheaper price afterwards. Eventhough I didn't use his service. I really appreciate his honesty.

Carlos was very quick to set up an appointment to fix my lock and to install a security latch. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and was patient for over 1.5 months trying to get an invoice. I spoke with multiple owner operators and the actual franchise owner without having it resolved. The work itself was quick and good (albeit very pricey) but to have to chase them down for this long for a simple invoice makes zero sense.

I really appreciated having Randall come over to replace my deadbolt. He got to my place within the time frame I was given, and he was very efficient about handling the replacement. Randall was also quite friendly. We had a lovely chat about cats, and before I knew it, the deadbolt was replaced! We tested it out a few times, so I feel confident that I won’t have any lock troubles for the foreseeable future.

I contacted Mr Locksmith on a Sunday and set up an appointment to correct and finish a deadbolt install on my house that the previous “locksmith” spent almost 2 hours working on and could not complete the job. After a second locksmith came out and also failed at the same thing I was able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning with Mr Locksmith. Russell showed up on time and made quick work of an installation that two people before him failed miserably at. He was done and had everything cleaned up in less than an hour. His level of experience, communication and confidence instantly put me at ease. This is very rare these days when reaching out for any kind of professional help. Payment was effortless with his portable debit machine. To say that I HIGHLY recommend this man and this company is a huge understatement to say the least. This is the ONLY person I will be contacting the next time I require locksmith services.
