Sabzi Mandi Supermarket

Bought a strawberries from this shop .I can't imagine how they sell like dirty items in this store. Don't recommend this store .

Serving south Asian and regular groceries. Very clean and presentable store. Staff is friendly and helpful

I didn't buy anything but just had sometime to kill. Prices seemed better than another Indian store a few mins away, fruiticana. Smells fresher and neater IMHO

Staff is not helpful, they don't help with bagging after checkout. Great selection. Large parking. You get almost all Indian stuff easily. Cashiers need to be polite and not talk back sarcastically to the customer. They also should bag the items before attending another customer in line. Customer service certainly needs improvement.

Great place to shop Indian grocery.They have wide variety of produce and Indian grocery and price is very genuine.They always something on discount.I go there on regular basis.Staff is always smiling and very friendly.

They have a good variety of Indian products, and I appreciate that. But recently I had a very bad experience. I bought a drink mix for kids and after opening it we found its frozen inside. I immediately went to the store to exchange it but they asked me for a receipt. I told them I visit the store more than twice a week and I don't keep receipts. The supervisor of the store was talking to me and started to break the frozen powder with her bare hands (unclean hands)..she must have told me that it's not possible but doesn't need to touch it. When I asked her about it, her response was ridiculous. Very poor customer relationship and the supervisor was very unprofessional. I am not going back to this store.

Good layout and spacious, very clean. Well stocked. Staff is helpful and courteous. Surprisingly, not very busy.

This people are not worthy of even a single star.Recent experience was an awakening of how good their customer relations and skills were. My Wife had bought multiple Diwali candles. Upon arriving home and unboxing noticed one was broken.Since, I was heading that direction she had given me the defective candle. I approached the checkout and was the greeted by the girl at the checkout. At this point I showed her the defective candle. She immediately started accusing me that the candle was used and the wax is warm. I asked her to look at the wick does it appear used. She then said, anyways we don't accept returns. I left the product and walked out. This was only a $4.99 product. The embarrassments and accusations were priceless. They have lost me as a customer. They really need to work on their customer skills..

I bought a bag of red Qila rice from here, when I opened the bag it had bugs in it. When I called the store asking to exchange the bag the lady on the phone said it wasn't there problem and they will not do anything for me. This is such a disappointment. I do not recommend this place based on the behavior. Horrible!
