My neighbour puts her dog outside to BARK at 6am knowing full well that the bylaw offices are closed, so nobody can call to report her. The dog barks non-stop for at least 30 minutes as it is left in the backyard.Of course, that's when the dog is actually in her yard and not MY yard, because she never keeps her dogs on a LEASH and I've caught them roaming around in my yard at least a half dozen times. She NEVER gets ticketed. Then there's the parking issue. People park 24/7 on my street and surrounding streets. Nobody ever gets ticketed. Nobody at the city even checks. They only circle the King street block downtown where the banks are. They never even patrol residential streets. Some people say: well who cares if someone parks on the street"? Well because parking spaces on any road are LIMITED and when a person leaves their driveway EMPTY to park on the street (so many people are controlling like this and think they own the road in front of their house)

Isaac Ankiba took photos of ice with visible salt on it (while the sun was out) and left a notice to remove ice, before I could even call bylaw to ask for the proof less than 3 hours later it was already melted. Great use of tax payer dollars at work here, keep up the great work Isaac!

My neighbor seems to get away without getting a ticket always blocking my drive way by law comes by looks at the van and leaves! I'm starting to think they know someone on the inside or his guy works for by law himself and was hung up on! For explaining situation

Really enjoyed my chat with Dennis Cockwell today regarding the city's existing snow removal enforcement policy. Called with some questions about the process they use and, given my specific circumstance, how best to move forward. This unfortunate soul concluded our call by yelling at me and suggesting I call his manager Steve" and abruptly hung up..luckily Steve wasn't as big of a buffoon and was able to answer my questions accurately and courteously. Still 1 star because knowing how city employees are treated Dennis will undoubtedly be allowed to verbally attack other tax payers well into the future."

USELESS is an understatement. So essentially if you're not a homeowner people can break whatever by laws they want. I attempted to call them tonight because there's a vehicle blocking my driveway of the property I rent and they won't come out because I do not own the house that I'm paying rent for... Totally unacceptable. And if I park on the side of the road they'll give me a parking ticket so you can't win with the city. Takes advantage of the tenants in this city..

Bylaw will not stop ticketing me daily. They know me and are probably laughing reading this. And seemingly targeting me.I have upwards of 600 $ in ticketsI get it my fault right.I have aspegers syndrome. High functioningIt's not visible disability. My mother called on my behalf. They were stern and unfriendlyjust follow the law". fair enough.ButThey have the nerve to follow me daily to where I park in my parking lot where I live and give a daily ticket. My mother is crying from this total disgust.I lack the parking permit, while I am trying to obtain one from my landlord. I called and told them them this.Laying down ticket after ticket.Mind you They have decreased funds for me in the past. However I have moved the car off the street and they are still finding ways to gauge someone in low income housing.Target the vulnerable right?I have contributed to it too. Also it's funny how police and judges care more bout their tax money than actual crime. They'll try to intimdate you and me.

Recently moved onto a new street and had to get Internet installed. I parked on the road so that the bell truck could park on my driveway so they could access their truck during installation. Well one of my new neighbours decided to report my truck and bylaw decided to leave me a ticket. There was no signs up displaying I could not be parked on the road and there were no time limits displayed.

Bullies the poor and vulnerable and only serves the well off. Garbage. We all pay taxes and deserve to be treated as human, and if you dont agree, get a new job that doesnt deal with other humans.
