Really disappointed with the customer service at this place. Came in to do vehicle ownership transfer, but wasn't told about all the options, which resulted with my paying tax I didn't have to pay (never mind that the employee was late and super cranky, and just wanted to get us out of there as soon as possible). When I called later and told them about it, I heard well

Dealing with ICBC/Autoplan is challenging at the best of times but Metropolitan sank to a new low. February 12, 1pm. Attempting to help a grieving widow through estate matters. Confronted by rude, dismissive, insensitive clerk. On top of the utter lack of professionalism, was a larger problem of incompetence.As a member of the custom car and film community, I will be spreading the sad excuse for customer service put forward by Metropolitan.

The guy Adairi was a jerk. I sent him a pdf for a void cheque and he said it wasn't Pdf so I was trying again and he just gets rude and says just figure it out man". He was super nice when I first got there but quickly just changed. It was odd. He couldn't get his interact to work so I think he couldn't figure out my pdf. Either way it ended up being quite unpleasant. I'm always polite but once he said figure it out man I said I have I'll just to somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE!"

Convenient location for residents in Little Italy. Fast, effective handling of ICBC auto insurance, renewals, temporary permits, and vehicle buy/sell paperwork. Bonus points for allowing our dog to come in while doing business. Thank you, Metropolitan! We will be back same time next year.

Service felt very rushed and unwelcome. I wouldn't come back here again.. Still giving 3 stars for getting my needs done however. Just wish some smile and happy vibe is shared to customers. Company also should ensure not only 1 person works as partly the reason was some line ups and not enough employee working unfortunately.

This is the worst ICBC dealership in whole lower mainland. They don’t have any sort of customer service and the don’t even know how to talk properly with the customer. They don’t know anything basic information about ICBC rules.The lady whom I talked with was really rude .Overall Just ruined my whole vacation mood.

We visited this location to change our car insurance policy. The moment we walked, we noticed there were two workers both of them seemed misarsable from the moment we walked in. The gentlemen that helped us" was quite unfriendly throughout the interaction and eager to end the interaction. Based on our experience with this brokerage we will not be returning.I would not recommend visiting Metropolitan insurance services."

Never had an issue getting what I needed to done here. It’s conveniently close to my house and the staff are helpful but could be a little nicer, that being said they do their jobs well so no complaints.
