They refused my trading card supplies return saying it was a final sale, but this was never written anywhere.I went home and re-read the sale details and took a screenshot as proof.They later added the final sale line and claimed it was there all along.I sent them the screenshot before they updated the sale details and only then did they allow a refund.At the time of refund, they told me sale items are usually final sale. I told them that stores usually disclose this information beforehand and they replied by saying they don't know any stores like that.Their return policy also says, You may return most new

Great place to play yugioh, buy and trade. They have a nice loyalty card program. You geta discount if you complete a card. They have other game you can play here too

I cant speak much to the magic side of things as thats not something I participate in but this place has been great for shopping D&D stuff. They were super helpful and friendly when I needed help buying books as a first time DM. Great communication and very passionate which I appreciate :)

great place for games, especially magic the gathering. they have tournaments for pre relese and draft. they also sell cards: singles, packs, boxes. they have old video game consoles and games if you're into that to. you can buy from their website and pick up on location.

Have good prices on games workshop models and citadel paints. Also have multiple huge bins of terrain which you can use on the days that they do wargaming.

Great place for games overall. They have huge catalog of MTG and other tcgs singles. Also hurray for edh events. Great place to play commander and awesome community.

Definitely the best place in Vancouver to get retro games at an affordable price and the customer service is amazing. Would 100% recommend. They also have really cool board games
