For the most part, I am satisfied with what I've purchased over time. I have had some instances where the quality was definitely not there, which is discouraging due to the price point and what type of image they like to project to the public.

Not enough choices for men or women on tops. If all you wear is button down shirts or sweaters then this is your place to shop. But bring your wallet, tops started at $30

Lack of selection. Lack of sizes. Prices were the same for Levi's jeans as getting them at Costco. Unfortunately I've been into several Marshalls in Canada and that they're just unimpressive. At least the store was clean and somewhat organized unlike the Ottawa location.
