Great customer service! Had a large order for printing that I placed from out of town. Michael helped me through the process and everythinf was print quickly and ready for pickup earlier than we had expected. They were even able to add a last minute print to our order.I would highly reccomend :)

I visited the store last week on Tuesday. I was able to find one of the things I was looking for on my own, but unfortuntely the staff member was too busy chatting (with her mask off) to the security guard working at the time, so I wasn't able to get the help I needed. There is a good range of products available at the store, but the customer service leaves something to be desired.

Bad service: talk behind the customer, and ask the customer to write under a chair while there is plenty space on the table.

Went in there 3 times for simple scanning services, everytime they struggled to scan documents. I don't know if they have new staff everytime or what but it's a big disappointment to go there. Would go to staples from now on.

Not the most efficient group of staff working here. Three employees currently working, which should be plenty for a store of this size. I am picking up a single piece of paper that I submitted through the website for printing and already received an email notification that it's ready for pickup. I have been here now for about 25 minutes. Currently waiting in a lineup to pay for the piece of paper that I waited twenty minutes to get from the person in the printing center

They didn't do the job and for some reason threw out my original documents!?I was making a custom workout logbook. I gave them the pages and explained the instructions. Cut the sheet in 4 equal pieces and then bind them together.Was told lead time would be a week. I went there in a week, was told it was not ready due to family circumstances. Come back next week. I did, and copy center was closed on Wednesday. I Left my phone, was told I'd get a call the next day. I didn't so I called, was told it would be ready that day. I went to Monk for the 3-4th time and when I went there, they gave me full pages. They scanned them, blow them up and printed... Not what I asked for (or needed). I asked for my original sheets, they told me they were on the back. Then they try printing from the computer again, I said no I just want the sheets. Turns out they recycled my original pages. I really wish I didn't had come here, I wasted time and ink.

Great store, phenomenal staff. While all the staff were great, a special shout-out to Cole from the printing department. Cole made sure everything for my little project went off without a hitch, and everything was done in an impressingly timely manner.

Great help from the lady working, and the manager, Brad. Prices ended up being cheaper than ordering directly from Herman Miller, AND there was a 15% discount on top of that!

Girl behind the glass where you make copies was unwelcoming and rude, even tossed my flash drive on the counter after she was done and pointed at the cashier so I could go and pay, made it seem like I was the biggest inconvenience of her day. Bad bad costumer service.
