Nose To Toes Professional Dog Grooming

I normally don't write reviews but I have been bothered since I took my dog here several months ago. I did not meet the groomer as my husband took my dog. I decided to try this new grooming salon since it was within walking distance to my home. My dog was 13 years old and just really needed her nails trimmed. She was a large breed with black nails so it is difficult to see the quick and I was not comfortable doing it at home. I also was at the point where I was no longer comfortable driving my dog to our usual place as she just would not sit down and I was afraid at her age would injure herself by falling during the drive. My husband walked my dog there and walked her home. To my dismay and shock I quickly realized she was bleeding. Not only was she bleeding from one paw but two paws and her fur was covered in blood. The groomer cut the quick on two of her paws and didn't even say anything to my husband. I had never had that happen before when taking my dog for years to get her nails cut. I understand mistakes can happen but the fact that they didn't even tell my husband was very upsetting. It was a very disappointing experience.

I was so happy to find a dog groomer while here in Forest City for the Winnebago Rally. Bella got a great haircut and bath and she was done in an hour. I love her new look. She's got that ear flop down pretty good, don't you think?

I've been going to Cassandra since my dogs had their first cut. They turn 5 this year. I wouldn't trust any one else with my girls. Both of them have anxiety and don't like to part with me when I drop them off. Cassandra is extremely patient and kind. She really knows how to calm them down and does an amazing job. Every time I pick them up they look fantastic. I will never go anywhere else for their grooming! Cassandra is the best you'll find!

Cassandra is the only one who has been able to cut my puppy's nails! She is so gentle, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and if your are looking for excellent quality and professionalism, I highly recommend Nose to Toes. Thanks Cassandra!

She is professional, friendly and her care in grooming shows her attention to detail. She even has the most amazing little pet salon.10/10 stars.
