Payed 4200$ for 2 electric bikes. Grabbed them from the shop. Nothing was adjusted (spent 2 hours to fix everything). Bikes were dirty, one of them had 25 km on odometer. Owner of the shop tried to explain me that it is normal :( fir a new bike. The overall experience is bad. It took me half of a hour to get a replacement. They even denied that i do a test ride inside of the shop. You should avoid this shop! By elsewhere if you can or go there if you want an adrenaline for your money!

I bought 2 ATVs for my kids last summer. The kids have been riding them non stop for the last 5 months. I changed oil and 1 spark plug so far. I returned to the store. The owner gave me a new bulb to replace and a gasket free of charge. These are good price/quality products. Very happy so far. Best present for your kids.

Avoid at all cost!!! Bought an ATV and rode for less than 5 hours. Tons of problems. We returned the next week and they gave us the run around and never fixed the problems. They slap the products together and sell them at inflated prices. Zero customer support.

Order a part from them online. Couldn't find the part anywhere else. Good price even with shipping from Canada to the US (Texas). Wouldn't hesitate to order again from these guys.

Friendly staff! They look super busy but still took the time to answer all my questions and concern and they gave me a little charger free or charge (no pun intended) which is always awesome.

I ordered a part from here for my sons ATV I was kind of nervous because I didn’t receive any tracking on it, so I contacted them and they responded fast with tracking… I received my order fast and with good costumer service!

I just bought the E-BIKE TAURUS 72 black today.I was happy the person who’s been nice and I was able to communicate in English.I found the colour I want but what I felt was missing enough information a bit.And there was small scratches on the bike here and there which I didn’t noticed since this was my first there.The people who assemble should be very careful because it won’t be good for the companies name as I travelled one hour from my place so we expect no dissatisfaction.And they forgot the charger till I ask before leave the place.And when saw the scratches and I couldn’t lock the bike fully I thought of sharing the feedback.Other then this it’s worth going there to find a lot of E bikes and kids bikes and more.Thank you.

I ordered a part online at the beginning of the month. I did not receive any tracking number for shipping. I have tried to reach out to them to resolve this issue since I have yet to receive the part. Needless to say I have not heard back from them at all and still without the part.2 months and I still have heard nothing from you guys. I have not recieved the part I ordered. You guys have taken $120 dollars from me and I want it back if you aren't shipping the part. Horrible customer service.
