Sea-Island Homes-Qualicum

I have used Sea Island Homes since about 2014 for all my updates and renovations. Most recently they removed my old kitchen and installed a beautiful updated kitchen with all new cabinets including a pantry, new sink, pot lights, backsplash, stainless steel stove vent, and new paint. They installed all new light fixtures including under counter lights. A few months later they upgraded my laundry room with a storage cabinet stacking washer/dryer new deep sink, counter top base cabinet and all new flooring. I also had them remove my hot water tank and install a tank-less hot water system. Now the kitchen and laundry room look fantastic! I am extremely pleased with the work done by Rod and his team at Sea Island Homes.They really did a good job in a timely fashion and totally cleaned up after the job was done. All workers were very polite, courteous and respectful of my home. You won't regret hiring Rod at Sea Island Homes for any job, big or small.

Called to find out if Sea Island would do some work on my home. The guy hardly let me introduce myself before he said No stories

. We were more than pleased with Rod and his crew. Rod was on site at least once a day, if not numerous times over seeing the progress and to make sure the renovations were being completed to our satisfaction. This house did not have a bath tub, so that was the main objective given to Rod. As it was a small bathroom, there were a few obstacles that Rod ran into, but was confident that he could get around them and his team succeeded. We had the bathroom gutted, with a new tub, tiles on both the floor and shower, vanity, grab bars, lights, towel holders and crown molding, new toilet and so on. We were not sure about the crown molding, but Rod took us to a house where he recently had the bathroom renovated and we were impressed with the crown molding. The man has a vision. Rod is very outgoing and friendly as his team were.I will add to this, that Robin is meticulous in his workman ship and does not leave the job site until he has cleaned up, even tidier than it was before! Would we use Sea-Island Homes again. Absolutely.

We have used this company several times in the last 6 years and each reno project has been met with greatness. An older dated house which once was now sits as a pleasing newly updated home consisting of new kitchen, new bathrooms, dining room and living room. New lighting and hardwood floors throughout. Rod has unlimited resources and abundant knowledge of his craft and working with him and his crew proved to be a fun and memorable experience. Thanx again! Shirley and Doug.
