My friend and I have been coming to this location for a very long time. We came and met Shannon and became loyal customers because of her expertise and professionalism. Yesterday because Shannon was not there the nail trims were cancelled. What a loss to this store and this organization. She was by far, the most knowledgeable professional in that store. Management would be well advised to try anything to get Shannon back. Until then, Judy and I will shop elsewhere! :(

I would give 1 star but the only reason I'm giving 2 is because there is one girl who works here that is very sweet. Within 24 hours my four month old puppy had chewed through a level 9 durability toy. When I came back I should've been given a gift card as the store policy says but the person behind the counter refused to help me. I'm sorry to say but I will not be buying from any Pet Valu ever again. The toy was way too expensive to last less than 24 hours. I sent an email to Pet Valu about this only to be told the store policy doesn't include toys.

I absolutely love this place!!! I love Shannon with her pet nail trim days. Everyone here is so very nice and I love just popping in to say hi. I've been shopping here with my bunnies for over 5 years now. Great place great people would definitely recommend shopping for your fur babies here!

My first time in the store! I really appreciate great customer service and Rita was fantastic! She showed me around at different bones and what they are made of. We talked about different dog food brands! Thanks for caring about your customers!

The staff here are rude, not knowledgeable, and self absorbed in their own conversations and would prefer not to help customers. When asked a question (about a basic product btw) we were looked at like we were stupid for asking and not helped to find the product further. No effort was made to help, greet our dog, or assist further.

I prefer shopping at this location for the extremely friendly and helpful customer care. It really is top notch. While I appreciate the pet wash at the Beechwood location, this store is my go to for shopping, and being treated the way you might expect when you are spending money at a business. Thanks for all the great service at the Ira Needles location.

I was picking up some things for my sister in law. Gale who was working the day I went in was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for the friendly service and choice of products

Friendly and helpful staff. The cat trees/scratch posts are much better quality and more affordable than the ones sold at the other pet store chain, you know the one. I don't think they sell animals at this store either but have pets only for adoption which is much more ethical.

New owner of a gecko and he wasn't eating. Did a quick google search and called multiple places about phosphorus free calcium powder. Julia had answered the phone and was very accommodating towards my frantic questions! She is so friendly! Especially compared to previous pet shop employees I've had the displeasure of interacting with. Since i work on ira needles its great that out of the three pet shops on this street I found a place that I can happily say I will be a frequent patron here! :D
