Wilson Medical Centre - Workplace Medical Corp.

The experience I had here was awful. I am not sure if it was the pediatrition Maysaa Eyyade or the services falt but here is what happend with me. 12:45 my daughter had a appoiment with the pediatrition Eyyade. I asked the desk lady if i can finish my daughter's appoiment at 2:00 because we live in the moutain and I have kids Ineed to pick up. The nurse told me that docter Eyyade was behind on too much work so I could leave at 2:00 and pick up my kids from their school in the mountain and when I return I may see docter Eyyade. I waited for waited so long and now they wanted me to wait even longer. It was obvious that they do multiple appoimments with the same doctors at the same time.

In the 2 years I've been using Dr Adly Awad. I have seen the gentleman once, I do not recommend anyone use any of the doctors in this facility.They only book online and if you need immediate service you're better off with a walk in clinic.

I arrived at the x ray there at 12:30 (my appointment time)and no body was at the desk the employee was gone for lunch and now it is 1:25 and no body shown up, I complain to the other employees and still no body shown up. i am super amazed how the lunch time in the front line medical centre is more that one hour. So upset…Now it is 1:26 the employee came and never said sorry even and she said we have to wait more 15 mins..Please if you are caring about your time don’t come there for X-ray.

Dr. Tom Johnson is amazing. So thankful I got in with him. Mary is fantastic and so helpful as well. I've been in clinic twice so far and never waited long. Honestly I'm so happy!

I am nearly 70. I was there to switch G.P.'s to Dr. Ibrahim since my G.P. moved 45min. out of town & I'm not gettin' younger. I was nearly at all times the only person there waiting for a full hour [not their lunchtime] after checking in; forced to listen at top volume to Dr. Phil do a VERY lurid in-your-face expose complete with on-sites footage, on child abuse in U.S. daycare centres still continuing to operate. Apparently this is a MUST for clinic staff so I can't overhear their talk: HAVE THEY HEARD OF THE CBC, TVO, MOZART OR PODCASTS to sound-blast? A child came in and was riveted to the screen, & not AT ALL in a good way. Twice I asked 2 staffers since I was mostly the only one in the room if they could 1) adjust the volume or 2) find out whether their clients really like this since everyone has a phone. Nope. THIS IS HEALTH CARE? By the end of that hour no doctor & I was literally shaking I was so rattled. I checked out. So my 45 minute drive out of town to my wonderful G.P. seems a huge advantage to this clinic a 5 minute drive from my home - until I'm too old to drive. How dare they treat people this way.

I just want to start of by saying my family doctor is Dr.Ibrahim, she is so helpful and wonderful! She has gone above and beyond for me and I'm so grateful to her! (she gets 5 star easily).My only complaint is the receptionist for the clinic, and reminder calls for x-ray and ultrasound.The phone lines for reception at the clinic are terrible...every time i try to call it says they are not in office and doesn’t even give me the option to leave a voicemail..I hope the reception for the clinic fixes there phone lines, cause that is just ridiculous…

I don't know why this place is so underrated, maybe this clinic is busy for which people receive delayed response, but it's most of the places in Ontario that are facing the same due to the lack of physicians, nurses and other facilities. But the staffs working here are very had working, helpful and welcoming. They try to help their patients in the best possible ways. This is a good place to have a family physician. I would definitely recommend this clinic for your future visits.

Immigration related process is never easy. Neither is setting up a medical exam for the same. But gotta say, Judy Ann was a gem of a person in assisting my partner with all the questions and concerns we had. Being patient and explaining the process to us, a big relief!

If I could give a no star I would. I'm not impressed by the way I felt after attending Driver Check and hope I never return ever again to Wilson Medical Centre for any appointments Certain staff was giving me the eyes and made me feel like a criminal for which I am not. Obviously they talk among each other and that is very disrespectful on their part. So much for privacy of information and why you have attended for your appointment. Don't be looking at patients with ill feelings is all I have to say because it made me feel very uncomfortable. Shame on you!

Before I left my position as a pharmacy assistant at 130 Wilson Medical Centre Pharmacy I suggested for the pharmacist to consider hiring someone else alongside me to assist with the crazy workload and he said mocking me, “haha, we hired you to do the work for us not to bring another worker” even though his pharmacy is running well and he should be hiring two more employees. I left the pharmacy job due to lack of employees and how hectic it is. After I have left my position, I asked for my training payment and the manager told me he would pay it to me. Four weeks later and he did not keep his promise of paying for my training because he said to me “as unfortunately you have left us short-staffed”. I have never been treated in such a rude way. 130 Wilson Medical is a horrible place to work in, carries bad and stressful environment. I do not recommend anyone to work there. If I could I would give this 0 star review.
