The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the product they produce is top notch only downside I find is that there wait time to get the gear you ordered is longer than I expected. I guess that's what you get when you have terrific products and everyone wants them.

I called last week to order a gift card for a friend's birthday; I arrived in town and came to pick it up today. First off, the gift cards are by far the coolest design I've ever seen! The customer service both over the phone and in person today was amazing. The store is very impressive, clean and well organized. I even ended up buying a bag of K9 coffee (which is delicious!). Highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing more gift cards in the future!

Just picked up a Streetfighter harness in black with flotation assist, no armor. I love the fact that Ted loves it, and is excited to actually want to go for a walk now. He used to pull with just a collar and lead, thus choking himself ( still a 5 month old puppy) now he's happy and safe. The Cobra buckles are awesome, the overall construction of the harness well exceeds my expectations, and the custom patches are bang on. Had him for 3 walks yesterday after buying harness. Well worth the prices. 100/100 recommended. Will be back for some customizations as he grows, and for other needs that I have ( seat belt attachments, and looking to see if my boy likes riding on my Harley, thinking a custom belt for me, with D rings to strap him to me. ) The staff are amazing and willing to help you figure out the best options for your dog.

I’ve bought several smaller items over the years. Most recently being the gunfighter belt.Everything from patches to pouches to belts have been phenomenal. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve made LOF my go to company when it comes to any work related duty items and have yet to be let down.Gunfighter belt is expensive but by far the best belt out there. Comfort is top tier, molle compatible is so convenient so there’s much more outer on inner belt contact. Things stay in place. Overall, very happy.I will gladly pay the price for good, dependable equipment from a Canadian business.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have done business with this company three times now, and they never disappoint. Their products are built extremely well and I trust them to literally protect my K9's life. Not only are their products top notch in quality, craftsmanship, and practicality, but the level of customer service I've received is unlike any other I've ever experienced in my life. My most recent interaction with an employee named Rhonda, (sorry Rhonda I didn't catch your title) absolutely blew me away. Rhonda went absolutely above and beyond in all aspects from communication to shipping, to assure I was perfectly taken care of. She really didn't have to handle it all the way she did, but it truly made me feel like she truly cared. I have never received such treatment, and I truly felt like I was treated as if I was their number one priority, when I know I definitely was not. For this reason combined with the quality of their products, I will be a lifelong customer of LOF. Thank you LOF (& Rhonda) for protecting me and our K9's.
