I got my nose pierced along with a friend, and my sister and her friend also got a couple piercings. Jen was super flexible and accommodating to our large group. Before each piercing she explained what would happen, what to expect, and how to keep the piercing clean afterward. She herself is so sweet and knowledgeable and her shop is beautiful. We’re all very happy with our piercings and will definitely go back for more!

She helped me change my jewelry after a bad piercing. Very clean and comfortable as my piercing was in a sensitive area

great experience! fit me in the day i phoned, made sure everything was nice and sanitized, made sure i was happy with the placement before piercing, and best of all a friendly and comforting visit! definitely coming back!

This person is not a trained professional. Uses low quality jewelry that should not be implanted in anybody’s body. Her piercings come out crooked and done at improper angles. She shares incorrect piercing information online and when met with constructive criticisms and questions she just blocks you instead of learning and educating herself. This whole establishment is a huge red flag. See her at your own risk. It is extremely risky to be operating like this and could permanently hurt somebody if she continues on her current path. Just because you have the money to open a shop doesn’t mean you should open a shop. There’s probably a good reason her shop has been shut down for over a week. Honestly, it should stay that way.

Jen is amazing!! She’s knowledgable, professional, and calm. Very clean space and fun vibes in the studio. Barely felt a thing getting my second lobe piercings. Highly recommend!

I went to get my ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience. Jennifer was very nice and everything was safe and hygienic. It was easily tolerable despite my fear of needles and all aftercare instructions were provided.

Honestly did not want to have to write this review but I feel like I should to warn other people. Do not get your nose pierced with her. A professional will pierce your nose with a labret stud, NOT a bone stud. She pierced my nose with a bone stud. Naturally, after two weeks, it kept popping out of my nose. Concerned that it wouldn’t heal properly if it kept popping out and bleeding, I ask her to change it. She then proceeded to put in a bio flex corkscrew ring in. But of course not before trying to force in two other rings in. When the first two rings wouldn’t go in, I asked her to stop but she wanted to try one more thing (the bio flex corkscrew stud). It felt like I got my nose pierced again. I have sensitive skin and mentioned that I only wanted certain types of metals in my nose on my intake form and low and behold my piercing did not heal with the bio flex stud. After weeks of not healing properly, I decided to go to another piercer in Duncan at Rockabilly who switched the bioflex out to a labret stud. She said that I was not the only person who unfortunately needed to switch their stud out because a bioflex stud had been put in by Industrial Piercing. Not too stoked. I spent way too much money, time and energy that didn’t need to be spent if I had just went to a professional

I brought my 8 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. She was very nice, supportive and efficient. My daughter barely felt a thing and loves her new piercings. Thank you! Also space is clean, bright and welcoming.
