We went to purchase a love seat & sofa in leather. I explained to Anna that my one priority was that I want to be able to sit and touch the ground comfortably. She really knew her products because instead of a love seat which were all to big for me, she suggested a single recliner. She had me try one and it was perfect. She stressed start with comfort and then worry about colours. So, we changed our idea of what we thought we wanted to two recliners and a sofa. I went to about 5 other furniture stores and then back to see Anna. She also suggested different colours that I would have not normally have chosen. Anna was absolutely correct. We are extremely happy with the comfort and the colours which look great in our living room. I would recommend Scan Design and Anna in a heartbeat!

We purchased several furniture items and were happy with the price and discount we received when bought more items. The staff we interacted with is very helpfull and does not try to over sell. The store has a very good selection of furniture when compared to all other furniture stores on the United Blvd.

We had a recliner chair delivered to our home in Vancouver on May 27th and the delivery service was exceptional. The three gentlemen were efficient and courteous, having taken the extra time review the assembly and mechanical features of the chair. Well done!

I had a large order to be delivered and the two gentlemen who arrived were amazing! They worked around the other labourers we had at our home that day, and we’re able to get everything unloaded and assembled in no time. Appreciated the care they took with the furniture and not damaging the walls of my home while offloading. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a delivery from Scan Design Furniture, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided by their delivery team. Specifically, Oscar and Oben were the two gentlemen who delivered my furniture, and they did an awesome job!From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient and even removed their shoes! They carefully unloaded my furniture and assembled it quickly, all while taking great care to ensure that everything was set up perfectly. They were also happy to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with their work.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Oscar and Oben from Scan Design Furniture. We’ve bought the same bar Amisco stools from here for 3 different homes as they are absolutely amazing!!! Andrea was so helpful assisting us to order them again but in a different fabric and base then what we have had in the past. I actually have one set of these stools that’s over 20 years old in a rental suite and still get compliments on them.

ScanDesigns' stock in trade is clean upscale Scandinavian design and craftsmanship - tables can feature clever folding mechanisms and nearly invisible space saving features that are delightful to see in action. Upon first glance we expected sticker shock but were pleasantly surprised instead. We're glad we saved ScanDesigns for last in Coquitlam's furniture alley" because it cemented our decisions
