I go to Charlene at maple meadows grooming (inside west gate animal hospital) . Charlene is professional, friendly and courteous. She has a big heart for animals and you can tell she genuinely cares for your pet. Charlene has great knowledge when it comes to dogs and she was able to give me some tips & tricks for my pup! The groomer is always so happy and friendly. Her little dog Charlie is adorable and races out to greet the clients. More importantly, my dog always comes out smelling amazing and looking great. The cut is always perfect. I've seen other dogs come out and she clearly knows what she's doing. Sometimes when I come in early, I hear her giving the dogs cookies and I was shocked that they actually take the time to walk them there. My dog is never happy to walk into a vet's office but, once he sees Char (the groomer) he wags his tail and races up to her. Talented and passionate groomer who really cares about the dogs. I highly recommend going to see her!
