My truck broke down and it was a pleasure dealing with Danika. She got me into another work truck, and then took care of a one-way car rental to get me home to Calgary. Impressive customer service, and she genuinely cares about helping people.

My wife and I were long time customers of enterprise rent a car here in Fort McMurray. It used to have great service. After today I don't think we'll ever rent from them again in a Fort McMurray. At least not at the 196 MacDonald crescent location.

No complaints. Been great service since I dropped my vehicle which I drove from Enterprise Canmore from Banff to Fort McMurray one way trip. I presently have a rental now and no complaints either.
