My laptop was working so, so slow for the past 3 years . I had a test online coming up, so I decided to look up for repairs in Niagara Falls area. Fortunately, the reviews looks great, so I decided to call Cyberdyne Ststems. Adam take my called and he sounded very friendly and I thought that, since the business in operation for so many years, I believed the reviews. These 2 workers are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. I can remember Adam name but I'm not able to remember the other guy name. I gave them 5+ stars. Anyone out there who's looking to repair their computer or laptop. I recommend Cyberdyne Systems . I gave them 5 + stars!

I'm so glad that I found this place as no one, and I mean no one, including the largest Computers store chain in Canada (get it?) was able to properly fix my new PC issues. It took the other store 4 days, with tons of issues, then when I've requested to get it re-done properly they told me I have to wait 6 more days cos they're busy. It took Cyberdyne 6 hours, the guys even worked few hours after the store closed to get the job done properly as they knew how much I needed to get this up and running properly. The PC couldn't have run better and smoother. Fixed my CPU issues, installed more RAM, new GPU and software. Now my i9-13900KF with 128Gb 5600Mz RAM and 4070Ti Suprim X can rum my 5 x 4K screens (through a dock that can take 3 more 4K's if needed) with 92 windows, each has about 12 algorithm programs that has to run live. Their fees were very reasonable for the amazing service they've done. Thank you guys and for sure I owe you lunch one of those days.

I purchased a new laptop and quickly picked up a virus while trying to download the drivers for my printer. Adam got me in right away and fixed the issues for a very reasonable fee and installed the drivers and a number of other programs free of charge. I followed up a few days later as I was having issues with my office 365 and he dialed into my computer remotely and spent a half hour with me getting everything sorted, again free of charge.Adam's very passionate about what he does and patient with the computer illiterate like myself. I'm happy to have made this connection and will continue to use Cyberdyne for all of my computer needs.

I brought my self made desktop gaming computer to Cyberdyne for a diagnostic because my pc wouldn't turn on at all... and I couldn't figure it out. He took the time to diagnose and fix the problems for a really reasonable price. He also took the time to ensure that we set up the computer the way I wanted it before I left... he also gave me really good advice on maintaining my computer. He is super nice and really helpful I will only go to Cyberdyne for my pc issues and no where else in the future.

My work desktop failed on a Friday morning, I called Cyberdyne and spoke with Adam. I dropped off the desktop to him right away, He and Andrew diagnosed and fixed the problem(s) by the next day! They were very fair, honest, and great to deal with! I would highly recommend Adam and Andrew at Cyberdyne.. thank you so much for your excellent service!

**Update**Upfront pricing, yes!Customer service was good ! The majority of the people there are friendly. The issue is more so the person who actually worked on the phone because it was not fixed correctly. Approx 2 months after they fixed the issue the phone the screen went dark.It had no cracks or breaks. I didn't even drop it. Visually, it looked perfectwhen I was away, i took it into another cell phone repair company that told me that my phone was held together by double-sided tape and not sealed properly. That was upsetting to here, but now I know I won't be returning in the future.Cell phones are expensive, so if you can't do it properly, then just don't do it.

Passionate gamer here, had fundamental issues with my computer, basically three different computer, repair shops, including nerds on site, could not fix my problem. I spent over $300 having someone come out and leave without fixing anything at all. I threw my hands up and figured I guess my computers done, I took my computer as a last resort to cyberdyne systems, and not only was the price unbelievably cheap, but the problem is fixed in under a day. There was left such a satisfying experience and such a fantastic taste in my mouth that I’ll for now on, will never use any other computer shop. These guys are the real deal, the have been so professional, and so exact and meticulous, even going as far as to fix, the hardware of my computer which I had ignored for so long like fans that didn’t work, screws that were missing, guys don’t go anywhere else. These guys are the cream of the crop, they are the gem of Niagara. There is literally nothing they can’t fix. If I could give them 10 out of five stars, I would thank you so much, my rig was purchased two months ago, and had nothing but issues until eventually it never worked, no one could fix my problem and I was bleeding out money trying to get it back up and running, these guys fixed and went beyond that they have made a lifetime customer out of me.

Great place to take your computer problems. My laptop screen was broken they replaced it with ease. They also cleaned it out from years of me neglecting it. It is running like new. Will always recommend Cyberdyne. Can't wait to game on it
