Rego was appointed to lease out 2 units of my units from a new condominium in Kitchener (Young Andrin) and what a nightmare....no communication, no replies to phone calls or emails, and worst off not a single showing produced. My advice whenever listing rentals NEVER go with real estate agents rentals are not their 'bread & butter'. Just time wasted. I even complained and no follow up. Terrible agents & brokerage.
