We have recently purchased several appliances from General Appliances . The customer service provided during the sale and afterwards was exceptional. Travis provided excellent advise and guidance.After sales service was also exceptional. Delivery and installation was first class. A real pleasant experience. We would highly recommend General Appliance in Lacombe.

Had an in home service call. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. We expected new parts to be installed, but a simple cleaning was all that was required. And he also corrected the oven latch problem with minutes.I would highly recommend General Appliances to anyone needing new appliances or service there of.

We have purchased a number of appliances now from General Appliance for our rental properties and our own home. These people really know how to run an appliance business, very good prices, great sales staff, delivery guys / installers are excellent, service work is top notch. The big box stores should really take some lessons from General Appliance they could learn a lot.

These guys are great. Gary was very accomodating when we had to purchase a new induction cook top and kept the prices competitive. The installer was professional and did extra to ensure the cooktops mounting was better than the brackets that came with the appliance. We need to support this Lacombe shop. If we want to keep Lacombe a great place we need more places like this. My wife and I like to support local if the buisness is good, which they are.

Got a great deal on a fridge after our samsung turned into a lemon with no one available/able fix, had to buy a new one not from the brick. Staff were knowledgeable, they will fix/deliver stuff even out in Stettler. They are also taking the old one out for a fee.

From start to finish excellent customer service. Called for a dishwasher appointment, and two days later I had a new one installed, good to go. The installer was super friendly and professional, and even showed up 5 minutes early for appointment.

Great service! Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Prompt service. He was able to troubleshoot the problem, and make the repair with parts he carried with him in his van. No need to wait for parts to be ordered!We have used General Appliance, for both sales and service, and have always been very happy with them.

I had a questionable experience with a Market Place repair person. I was then referred to General Appliances by a friend. Great recommendation. From chatting with the staff setting up the apt's to having their techs come out to the house they have been first rate. The tech that came out actually correctly diagnosed my dishwasher's issue, as the first Market Place person got it wrong. I had a quick question about a different appliance than he was fixing, when he was on his way out and he gave me a piece of advice that fixed my issue. SUPER HAPPY!!!We just called again today to set up an apt for a relative's house. USE THESE PEOPLE!

I cannot speak highly enough of this store.If your in central Alberta and not shopping here you doing yourself a disservice.Prices are super competitive and they usually win, best part they have their own repair people on staff for repairs and warranty work.I can say that we were not the easiest customers.....we were not jerks or anything but we had project delays, needed to change an item or two, and messed up the prep for when the delivery and install came. So we threw a few quirks at them, but they were amazing to deal with. Sales team super easy to deal with and no pressure. The delivery team amazing took their time and made sure everything was perfect. The installer again professional and helped with a quirk. I really appreciated the service start to finish, after a project went terribly wrong a huge breath of fresh air.Thank you! I will happily do business here again and recommend others do as well!
