Do not use this taxi service if you value getting anywhere on time. I call the night before for a cab in the morning and they assured me there would be someone. I call them in the morning when my cab was supposed to be there and they said “oh sir, you’re in the queue but all our drivers are busy” what was the point of me booking ahead if I wasn’t secured a spot? Save your time and just call an Uber. They ended up coming in under 3 minutes and I didn’t have to deal with any of the trouble. No wonder the taxi industry is going under.

Impolite service staff. Driving staff is not familiar with streets. It took the driver more than 45minutes to get the place right.

This company made my 67 uear old father sit in -8 degree weather for at least an hour. He called last night to order it for thus morning. He is in a wheelchair. Every time my father called back, they told him 10 minutes 10 more minutes. Absolutely unacceptable DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I called to complain I was hung up on by a very rude individual

Booked a taxi for 3:50. First it was going to be 7 min late, then another 12 min late then another 15 min late. Good thing we had alternative options to get to the train, otherwise we would have missed it. Reason why it was late? They took another fare.

We called them and then we called van taxes and they both have different number so when I called he was like u already called us and I told u it would be a while I was like OK sorry ur numbers were different it's not my fault but he was still really rude

Man who answered the phone was curt and mumbled to point I wasn't able to understand nor hear what he was saying. Had to ask him to repeat himself and speak directly into the phone. The ride was quite good, on time, pleasant and cheery :)

My father was released from Victoria hospital at 1130 am on March 1st and was transferred to Mapleview Terrace by Green taxi. My father who uses a wheelchair was left in the driveway and not offered any assistance to get to the lobby, not even informed the staff of his return. The driver never offered any change for the fare and drove away leaving my father outside in the cold in the driveway! If it wasn't for the kindness of strangers my father would have sat their indefinitely. Very unprofessional.
