It was my second time to get my prescription glasses and as always the staff at the Stone Road location did wonderful. When there were issues with the insurance coverage, they suggested that I try their Kitchener location but did all the adjustments when the glasses came. Very helpful!

My first time buying glasses by myself as an adult. The staff made the process very easy. When choosing frames I told the staff I wanted Dahmer glasses which they did in fact have. I am now a very satisfied customer that can see clearly.

I came into Vogue Optical asking about booking an eye exam. I was able to book with the doctor that same week. The girls encouraged me to try on some frames so I had an idea for when I got my prescription. They were very helpful and made the process relaxed and not stressful at all. I highly recommend coming here!!!

Bad experience at this store. So much confusion in pricing, they are liars, don’t go there. They will waste your valuable time, they don’t specify any details properly, when you do final billing then they will tell you that this is not included and this is not in this pricing. They said they do price match but then they are making their own story for pricing. Such a liars. . Cheaters

Excellent service. I only come here for glasses in Guelph! I just picked up my 4th pair from them and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. With a strong prescription I tend to run into difficulties but they are always wonderful to deal with and make sure I am well taken care of.
