I went for a DOT drug and alcohol test at this hole!! I have never been made to feel like such a criminal in all my years of work. Terrible place! And yes I reported them employer too!!

Everything seems ok on site but their call centre service is terrible! Everytime i tried booking or reschedule I had to wait 4hrs to get a callback.

Amazing fast service.Process was flawless, booked and finance department called for payment. Once payment went through, was connected to booking agent. Agent booked me right away as I asked for ASAP. Got same day booking. Went in filled out a form, then went into room for testing. Quick and easy. Thanks for such a nice experience.

Though the service was fast, it wasn't clean. There were urine stains on the counter where you place the cup after filling. After pointing out the urine on the counter beside the toilet to the staff,they proceeded to be rude to me. If you like a clean place to do your D and A test go to Sure Hire.

This site needs to A&D test their employee before providing such a service. The girl who handled my sample was obviously drugged, so after the split, one sample bottle was tool full while another one was low, not quite low, but she told me she did not get enough sample and she tossed my sample.

The fastest testing site. The receptionist and the medical assistants were all very alluring too which made the experience better.Went to north side on my second testing and the wait time is 3 times as long. Go get your testing done here.

Parking may be limited on the street. Come early to be safe. They are quick and efficient here. Don't forget to leave your food in the car. I forgot LOL Didn't need my water or snack anyhow, I was in and out in less that 10 minutes.

CannAmm Knowing i needed the results before monday so i could start my job on time. They did not resulting on late start and lost wages. These ppl do not care about clients time or money. You have one job, providing ppl with testing so they can get to work
