I had a problem with a sink. I talked with Brent and he came. He did everything to repair the taps, but they were beyond help. I asked if he could obtain and install new ones. He advised that he would get them and be back at the end of his day to install. He was very friendly, upfront and very honest regarding his estimate for repairs. I would highly recommend him. He's so nice and honest.

We have used Brent twice now, today he replaced one of our pressure reducing valves and last year some polyB pipe in some of our units. He does great work and is very professional and reasonably priced and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Brent replaced the PolyB pipes in my townhouse. He was quick and efficient and did an excellent job!! I will always call Shamrock for any plumbing issues. Very highly recommend!!!

Our wood boiler went ballistic at 12.30 am, pump was making extreme noises, HOT water was spitting out the relief value making the shop wall pop, the electric boiler should have kicked on but that too was inoperable.... was on the brink of calling 911 but Brent was the ONLY plumber who answered his phone and showed up and took charge of SAFELY shutting down the system and didn’t leave until he felt confident all was safe (2.30am!). The next day he replaced parts and reset both systems so we could continue to have a safe supply of heat! I don’t have enough words of gratitude for his professionalism, concern and follow up. To find a serviceman like Brent is very rare, we were sooooo fortunate to connect with him, simply excellent, thank you.

I am so happy I found a plumber- I got my kitchen faucet installed and he did a very fast and amazing job! He did the job very quickly and was able to book and appointment ASAP when my old faucet broke! I highly recommend using Shamrocks plumbing and it gave me a great piece of mind to get a good price with great service.

Brent was amazing. We spoke to him while he was shopping. He made some suggestions and pretty much figured out the issue remotely. He was booked well into next week and I confirmed a time with him for Wednesday. A few minutes later he let us know he would stop by on his way home. That was a surprise being we are so close to Christmas. It also turned out that his guess was right, there was a ventilation issue with our Hot Water on demand system. We are attempting to work out the issue with our builder and the Plumber who installed the system. Great service, great pricing. Had a tankless water heater installed and all PolyB piping replaced with PEX. Also had gas lines run to the patio for BBQ + patio heater.Everything works great, we're very happy with all of it!

Brent was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and fair. Our home lost it's heat in the -20 degree weather and I called Brent to come for an emergency call. He was there within the half hour and helped diagnosis the problem. He is the leading person for boilers and radiant in floor heating in the valley. Not to mention he is extremely fair in pricing!He went above and beyond not only in fixing the problem but educating us about our system.He is definitely the guy you should call when you need a hand.

We had a problem with our ignitor on our Rheem furnace & when it got chilly, it just wouldn't work. Brent responded quickly, fit us into a very busy schedule (which no one else could) & than delivered on solving a problem, coming across a preventative near future one & finding out why our thermostat was slow. Service that was above & beyond for sure, and that saves us from him having to come back again and again to work on each one of those concerns individually. Thank you so much.
