Pico repair is the correct place if you have problem with your iPhone/Mac/etc. I had an issue with a cracked iPhone 6s; and I requested appointment same day, he was able to accommodate me just couple of hours after my request. Once I arrived there, he fixed the phone next to me within 15 minutes! Very clean and great job.And as an extra advice, if you see Digital Signal Processing book in someone's shelf, believe me you can trust his expertise! :)I will visit Pico Repair when I have problems in future also, thank you so much Hui!

I had a broken screen and I needed a repair fast. He was very nice and the repair took only a few days just because he had to order the parts.The repair looks flawless and it was also cheaper than the other repair shop I asked.

My daughter gave me her old IPhone. Over 3 years ago I brought it in to Pico repair. He put in a new motherboard and it has been working great ever since. I would highly recommend him.

One of the best phone repair facilities in HRM. Owned by a passionate entrepreneur with a Masters in Computer Science. Have brought several iPhones for repair which were always fixed promptly and pricing is very affordable, compared to Apple Store. Call ahead to check his availability for drop off and pickup. Recommended.

Apple said fixing a crack on the bezel of the screen would cost $935 because they'd have to replace the entire screen and not only the frame. I got it fixed at PicoRepair for $45 and in less than one hour. Great job and my Macbook is brand new again.

Quick, quality work. We had a cracked iPhone 6s screen replaced. The work was completed in 15-30 mins. We could have waited nearby but had other things to do, so we came back after and it was like it was never damaged. All buttons and pieces functioning perfectly. Prices were on par or lower than other local repair places. Apple Store wanted $230+tax to replace it. PicoRepair charged $65 taxes included. Highly recommend.

My experience with Pico Repair was the best of any computer or phone repair companyI've ever had. Hui, the owner, fixed my Macbook Pro for a very small fraction of what I would have had to pay with apple. He serviced it so fast and, without charging any extra he took care of other things that were wrong with it that I didn't even think to ask for help with! It's over 5 years old and working like it's new again!I live a couple hours out of town and he was very flexible and accommodating with pick up and drop off.I cannot recommend Pico repair highly enough. Brilliant service.
