The review is for the shop maintenance . The customer service was painfully brutal , always had to call and get updates on my vehicle . I feel like if I didn’t keep bugging them it would’ve take way longer ! Spent 6k on repairs and my truck sounds worse than I gave it them them ! The tech assured me it was just the new parts working in … will see.
