I have called a few times Maple Fix Appliance to see if my washer could be repaired. Alex responded quickly to my call. He acted professionally, politely, and efficiently, communicated repair details, and involved costs clearly. Alex came the same day to fix the washer, which has been working perfectly since then! He explained every step clearly and pointed out other issues where repairs were optional. I appreciated the fact he did not push for these other repairs and stated directly we could live with them. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to reach for scheduling, and he kindly offered his knowledge up if we ever wanted to DIY any future repairs and said just to call him and ask anything. I have also recommended him to a few of my friends, who are super happy with his services.

Wow! Fast service. Was given a heads-up and he showed up ON TIME. Alex is a very charming and knowledgeable professional. He took his time and did a great job in the iced-up freezer for far less than I expected to pay.He also fixed my fridge door at no charge. Do not use Maple fix,their technicians are scammer ,I paid $700 and technician did not fix problem and he blocked my phone so I can not catch him.Please do not use this service,they are unprofessional and fake
