Braden Foundation Construction
We hired Braden to waterproof our entire foundation. They arrived on site at the end of September 2022. The crew arrived everyday, was always on time and were very hard working. Took a week to complete from start to finish. We had minor damage to parts of our property from the machinery. Ryan at Braden was very quick to get someone out to fix at no charge. The true test of the waterproofing will come in the spring :). Recommend Braden from our experience .

Braden Foundation did a great job on my recent foundation work. The crew that did the work, worked tirelessly throughout the job, and kept me informed throughout the process. Braden Foundation Construction
Braden Construction laid my sunroom foundation. The job site size restricted machinery and nearly all the work had to be done by hand. Braden Construction was not deterred and was able to provide a product that is exceptionally built. I am very happy I found this company and it will be my first choice in dealing with any future foundation matters.

Braden Foundation Construction
Braden's Foundation Work is exceptional -I am the son of an architect and have personally been involved in both new builds and renovations. I can tell you without hesitation that Al Braden and his crew are exceptional and worth every one of the 5 stars in this review. The crew is conscientious, hard working and knowledgeable.In our case, they excavated (by hand) a foundation wall that was part block and part poured concrete. They effected repairs on the block foundation to fix / replace failing blocks, shore it up, add strength and waterproof the entire foundation wall. We received pictures of the work progress and they kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. Honestly, they are now my go-to for any kind of foundation work / repair.

We had them come out to give us an estimate for some foundation work. Very professional and quick. Gave us sound advice, which included not needing to do the work right now and several things to watch for that would indicate when the work would need to be done.very happy and would recommend.

I live in the AltaVista area. I had a crack in my foundation from which water was slowly seeping into the basement. Ryan came over to see the issue. He was professional. He sent me an estimate for the work and gave me a timeline of when the work would be done. His team came within the time frame he gave me. Jose and Angel were the team that did the work. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated their professionalism. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with Jose who dug the hole to access the foundation by himself with a shovel and worked in quite cramped quarters. I wanted to let you know that both Jose and Angel did a great job. They explained to me everything they did to repair the crack and took pictures at every stage (as did I). I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I highly recommend Braden Foundation.

Braden Foundation Construction
I originally hired another company to fix my foundation leak but my foundation leaked again. I was already having multiple issues with that other company so I chose to go with Braden to fix my foundation and am very thankful I did! The previous company neglected to add any membrane as was discovered when Braden opened it up. There was only a flimsy piece of tarp. I have attached a pic of the exposed corner before Braden fixed it. Throughout the repair process, the Braden foreman took pictures to show their progress and explained the steps and procedures they were doing. I have attached the completed fix showing the layering and membrane. I was very worried before Braden fixed it because it was leaking into my furnace room. Their team is very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated and I wish I had gone with them to begin with!
